I have been a regular at this location for the past three or four months and I come here many times a week and I always get the same drink, caramel ribbon crunch frappuccino. I almost always leave there pretty satisfied with the service and the product. But today I am so disappointed.. it almost seems like an employee made a grande instead of a Venti like I ordered and instead of making more it looks like they just filled my cup up with whipped cream, and I barely taste any caramel, even though I paid for an extra pump of it. These drinks are way too expensive to not be getting what you pay for. The girls that work morning shift are always so great and make my drink worth the price. I never have a problem in the morning, but I’ve been going there After work in the afternoons sometimes and my experiences have not been as great, but today is the worst and I am just so disappointed. I didn’t know I had to examine my drink before I left the drive-through because I didn’t even notice how bad it was until I got home 20 minutes away from this location. I hate being that lady who complains about what she ordered but this was ridiculous. Do better Starbucks.

An employee deliberately made my drink with extra ice when i asked for light ice, i got it remade but i could lowkey taste the hate. I’m not upset anymore but it was a little annoying considering the employee did choose to put an ungodly amount of ice in my drink. Other employees were wonderful and very nice. I understand working at starbucks is a struggle when people are being rude, but I was extremely kind through the whole ordering process.

Me and my friend went through the drive thru and both ordered the same thing, a grande strawberry acai lemonade refresher, when the worker hands them to us they are almost all water. We go back into the store and kindly ask them if they could remake it because it was watery. The barista took our drinks poured them into the shaker, added more ice and gave them back. Not fixing them at all. We kindly ask them again if they could make the refresher again, this time telling them we want more strawberry base and lemonade so the refresher has flavor and is a darker shade of pink. This time they remake it but with no lemonade after making it twice before with lemonade. They were rude and blunt. After the THIRD time of them not making it right, we went to the martins Starbucks and told the barista what had happened and she with no problem or hesitation, remade our drinks for us correctly.

My clear “go to” Starbucks option in the area; there are locations closer to my home, however, I’ll drive a little extra for this store. Always clean, ample outdoor/indoor seating (even in the midst of a pandemic), and plenty of parking. The staff seem to enjoy working together and it shows in the high level of care and service they provide. I cannot think of a single instance whereby they got my order wrong; and if they did, I’m confident they’d fix it without hesitation. While hours have been inconsistent at times due to COVID19, they are none-the-less happy to see you when they’re able to reopen. Highly recommended!

The woman working today 07/13/2025 around 12:30pm was nothing but beyond rude we pulled up to the window after just recently putting in a mobile order and she came to the window for absolutely no reason and started telling us just for future reference. Don’t put a mobile order in and then pull up a few minutes later and was going on and on about how we could be holding up a line and this and that, but there wasn’t even a line She was being beyond rude and snarky for absolutely no reason and then didn’t even give me the right size drinks that I ordered. I will not come here again. It was all absolutely uncalled for.

The employees are always very courteous at this location! Even when I’d been waiting for a to-go order for considerably longer than expected, they apologized, gave me a gift card, and a free sandwich. Definitely great customer service!

Awful! Ordered a venti pink drink and it had zero strawberry flavor at all. Worst one I have ever had. Tasted like straight water and has so much ice in it that when I got home and poured it into my yeti cup, there was maybe a short cup amount of actual drink. Ridiculous!!! Will never go back.
