This restaurant has always been my go to, especially late at night when everything is closed. They tend to have awesome deals on uber eats. The only thing I miss is being able to add my spice level to the order.

Mall food is better than this place. Literally the worst food I’ve ever had. Fried rice was charred not fried, and was clumpy, the chicken wasn’t chicken.. the breading of the “chicken” was falling off. No flavor on anything. The gyozas were the best things, they are 1000% pre frozen from a manufacturer, but the sauce it comes with ruins it. We placed a LARGE delivery order for the first time and none of it was good. I wish I read the reviews from Google directly first.. SAVE YOURSELF MONEY AND SUFFERING DONT EAT HERE.

Please eat at Safeway they have better Chinese food. I got this through Uber eats and this was the most disappointing $50 I have ever spent. The chicken teriyaki and yakisoba was terrible. Had a bad taste and the veggies were so old and brown and bitter. Steamed veggies aren’t supposed to be brown. I ate NOTHING from my order. I threw it all away. Couldn’t even stand to eat another hit. The Gyoza was cold and soggy? seriously eat somewhere else, this was so terrible I wish I could have a refund.

The food here was delicious! The place gets pretty busy with takeout orders only a couple of tables were occupied, but most customers were ordering to go. The chicken was very tender and flavorful, and the portions were generous. I also tried the bubble tea, and it was really good! Definitely worth a visit if you’re craving some tasty teriyaki!

Fantastic food at good prices!! Great service! When the machine didn’t like, an employee offered to help, was polite, and even gave me potstickers on the house. Amazing experience. I think the only thing is the employees spirit. A smile can go a long way

Just ordered their buy one get one free off of instacart. First off it was supposed to be doubled up of the rice and they didn’t do it. The vegetable was just one piece of broccoli and a bunch of cabbage. The rice was okay. The chicken offerings were flavorless hard and chewy. I’m only finishing eating them because we’re hungry and we paid a lot of money.

Don’t waste your money. Get your Asian from somewhere else.

It was okay. We got chicken teriyaki orange chicken rice fried rice gyoza and egg rolls. Oh and boba. the egg rolls tastes super weird, to me tasted sort of chemically i’m not sure why. the orange chicken the sauce flavor was SUPER off i can’t even describe what it was like but i can tell you it don’t really taste like orange chicken. the gyoza teriyaki and fried rice were good nothing crazy delicious the gyozas being my favorite part. the boba tastes was okay, not a taste i expected i don’t get boba often but other times i’ve gone it’s tasted better n different. the service n atmosphere was great i wanted to like it really badly but i just probably won’t be back id rather go to panda then here. based off other reviews i just think this place is a hit or miss and you likely have to catch them on a good day.

We’ve been here a few times and it has just been ok. The people are nice, but the service isn’t super quick.

We tried the teriyaki beef and honey garlic chicken. The beef was drowning in sauce (which may be appealing to some). The honey garlic chicken was kind of dry. The rice was decent though.

Also a note, the veggies they include in the meals is steamed cabbage. Just wanted to call it out for others.

Food is everything you crave about Teriyaki, the atmosphere has the vibes to relax and grab a bite to eat, the service is excellent! Remade my coffee Boba when the 100% sweetness wasn’t the flavor I was looking for, very kind and caring staff. Very highly recommend stopping in and tasting for yourself

Ok….. Where do I begin????

I don’t understand how this place still has customers. THE REVIEWS ARE SO TRUE!!! Click on newest reviews and you will see.
I was told my order of house honey garlic chicken(no honey please) and steamed veggies would be ready in 45 min. That seemed crazy but ok. I went in 45 min later, no one called and said it was ready as I saw it sitting on the counter when I walked in. My partner asked how long was it sitting here and Mulan said “oh about 5 min”. When I got home not even 3 min later I open it to this. Honey on my chicken and rice under my veggies like they remembered at the last min. OMG if they get shut down, it’s cus of so many reports of food poisoning cus the food was not warm at all. I only tried this place cus I thought I’d give it a chance (and I was too hungry to cook after a long day of work on Easter). So I’m throwing my food away that my boyfriend bought me and warned me would be the worst I ever had. Living and learning. Only 30 min after eating the food and I feel like I’m gonna be sick. Just don’t eat here.
I guess they were exposed selling TV dinner Chinese food. So they scoop it out of the packaging and put it in Styrofoam. Great!
