It’s strange how a simple coffee stop can leave you feeling so bad that you wonder why you even bothered. At 4 PM, I stopped for a coffee and a donut, but the experience was anything but pleasant. First, the employee’s jeans were hanging so low that their boxers were fully visible—honestly, not a great look. Then came the attitude—rude, dismissive, and condescending as I placed my order. I didn’t say anything, though. Who knows how they’d react? The last thing I wanted was for my coffee or food to be tampered with. You never know these days—mental health is real.

This place never gets nothing right you asked for one thing they’ll give you something else you specifically say the amount of sugar in the amount of milk you want and they’ll put whatever in and it taste like crap my bagel was hard like a rock not even the one I asked for and I asked for five milk five sugar. It seems like they put 10 and 10 coffee came out, looking whiter than the ghost.

Horrible attitude on workers, and horrible service.
Ask for a coffee, said what I would like in it. What I received is the opposite. Milks are combined instead of swapping one out for another, way too much sugar when I asked for less very clearly. No you’re welcome, no smile. Meanwhile the workers inside are always arguing, swearing and yelling. I will not be coming back.
EDIT: I came back, hoping things improved. They did not. Still bad attitudes and I was given the wrong sandwich. Nice lol.

The main lobby was closed for some odd reason and the attitude of the employees not good over all while the coffee and everything is fine but overall we won’t be coming back

Walked in here at 930am on a Sunday. Female worker was screaming and swearing about something. I walked out. Everyone sitting and eating looked uncomfortable. Do your job and stop acting like a loser.

Would rate 0 stars if possible. I personally manage at a dunkin so I know when you actually can’t do something and when you’re just being dismissive and lazy. This crew repeatedly acts lazy. I asked for a pup cup and a side of bacon bc i wanted to make my puppy happy after his vet visit but they just outright told me they didn’t do either of those and I was forced to drive 6 more minutes to go to another dunkin where they actually did their job. This place is ridiculous and I’m sad for the business having to pay these workers to not do their job

Got the $6 meal deal: egg, sausage, and cheese on an English muffin, hash brown (well seasoned) and a medium-sized coffee. Prompt service and meals were amazing.

As a former 5 year Dunkin’ employee I respected that the crew moved their line relatively fast and despite the memes about Dunkin’s inconsistency this store was usually pretty consistent. The past couple of days before work I’ve come in and for a coffee with just cream it’s been a little dark. I don’t judge the taste of a coffee by the hue of it but they’ve been tasting kind of sour. I’m not sure if your dairy went bad or is close to it or if the coffee was burnt as you were brewing it but what I’ve been getting lately is just nasty.

They cross contaminated my caramel craze latte with pineapple and I had an allergic reaction because of it. When I called them and asked for the drink to be remade. They refused to listen and told me that it wasn’t possible for that to have happened. Even though they sell pineapple drinks. I told them they should wash their dishes to prevent it from happening again and they told me that they would not do so because the cross contamination did not happen. I would advise people to avoid this dunkin if possible. They were extremely rude to me and dismissive.
