Completely rude!!! Would not give bathroom code until after I ordered which involved waiting 10 minutes for my husband and daughter to arrive. This policy is absolutely ridiculous considering people are traveling with children and stop to use the restroom and order food/drinks. Next time we won’t stop at Starbucks!!

So I went inside and there was no line but had to wait a very long time for someone to take my order. One very nice lady started to make my order for me while I waited for someone to place it. Also there is a code to the restrooms. Seems like a safe area. I was surprised about the code. I would recommend using the drive through here.

This location is the worst location I’ve visited across the US & other countries! The manager must have a very odd restroom policy in place. In every other location I’ve been to, you ask the staff for the code & they give it to you. Then you can order your drink afterwards & not have to bring it into the restroom with you! At this location the staff state they do not have the code & insist the only one with a code is the cashier. My partner went up to cashier to order first so I could use the restroom. He placed his order & asked for the code, but the cashier refused to give it to him until the credit card was literally swiped. It was disgusting! After it was swiped & I got the magic code, the bathroom let me walk in on someone else as apparently the lock times out after a short time!! The poor guy I walked in on, he was in shock & humiliated! Then as I hurriedly used the other bathroom, I also had someone almost walk in on me as I couldn’t get the toilet paper to unravel, & I was in there for maybe two minutes?! While all this is happening my partner observes this poor older gentleman also trying to use the bathroom but he can’t get up fast enough from his chair to beat people trying to get the code, & then jumping back in bathroom line. I hate to think how he’d ever be able to use the bathroom fast enough without code timing out! It was utter chaos for a stupid bathroom & was ridiculously stressful. Seriously, it was beyond the worst experience I’ve had & I’ve been to Starbucks all over the US & in multiple other countries. This was taking the bathroom code to an extreme, both with trying to get in it in the first place & then with trying to beat an unknown timer while finally utilizing it. I have no idea how they can lawfully have such a short timer as there are people with disabilities who would need more time to use the restroom with an attendant. Plus for older people too! I was so disgusted with this experience I walked out without ordering as I had planned and my partner walked out & we went elsewhere for coffee for me & a bathroom for him. We make a point to stop at Starbucks as we travel, as they normally have a clean bathroom & the coffee is consistent. We will never stop here again & will go elsewhere. I never leave reviews like this but it really angered me that we were treated so poorly, & for what? For a stupid bathroom pass.

Went through and got a tall PSL with oat milk. Noticed it felt lighter than usual but was in a rush so had to leave. Took the lid off and saw that it wasn’t even filled all the way. Didn’t even take one sip out of it. Very disappointed. Coffee isn’t cheap, I’d expect to get what I’m paying for.

I’ve been going to this establishment with my family for 15 years. It’s slowly getting worse and worse. We started going to Dutch bro for coffees because there is no consistency with Starbucks beverages. We still like to go get food from Starbucks but now they’re always out of items (every trip), and the lines are ridiculous. Today we went through the drive through took us 27 minutes to get through the line. Took us 15 minutes from the time we ordered to the time we got our food. There were only 4 cars in front of us when we got in the back of the line.
I should checked my items before I left the window. When we got home we were missing an idea. I double checked the receipt and I did pay for it.
This is nothing new. Our experience is what we normally experience here.
THEY NEED NEW MANAGEMENT ASAP!

One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had at a Starbucks. Had to use the restroom while waiting in line to order and the barista wouldn’t provide it until ordered. Luckily a cashier was nicer and provided it. When I got up to order it took quite some time to have someone come up and take my order. Finally while waiting the same barista was very rude, didn’t even put the lid on my drink correctly and it spilled. She was less than enthusiastic and was apparent she didn’t want to be there. This was not a busy time of day and I only ordered a tea. Pretty disappointed in this experience.
