Marcos has great pizza for great prices. They always have many deals to choose from on their app & I get coupons in the mail from them often. I especially love their Italian Sausage, it’s delicious. Most pizza places have cheapo Itl. Sausage, in my opinion.
Their chessy bread sticks are really good too. They have calzones, subs, & much more. Also, when I haven’t been to Marcos in a month or so, they always send me a free large 1 topping pizza coupon. U can’t beat that deal.

Let me start off by saying the pizza and cheese sticks were great! The salad on the other hand was awful. The lettuce is brown and wilting, the tomatoes are over ripe and mushy and the banana peppers look like they have been sitting by the oven all day.

The side pizza sauce cups were forcefully smashed into the interior of my pizza, leaving huge gouges. See photos. This is revolting; I threw the entire pie away.
This is about more than just a mild sanitation concern and an ugly looking pizza. If someone is having a laugh at your expense playing with your food, how can you trust them not to do anything else to your food?
EDIT: Regional manager refunded and promised to restore loyalty points I’d spent. I’m told it won’t happen again. But four days later, no rewards points.
Don’t listen to the owner’s reply. I did fill out a complaint form. They lied to me.

BEST MARCOS PIZZA I have ever had!! From the quick delivery which was under 30 minutes to the AMAZING pizza and the steak sub was pretty tasty as well loaded with cheese, green peppers, and onions and they weren’t a bit stingy with the meat!!

I ordered 2 pizzas to go at the store and I asked for a pizza with bbq sauce and chicken only and the one I received with bacon and onions. Called to fix it and I talked to matt. Matt was super rude and he refused to bring a manager on the phone to take care of the situation.

I had no clue how awesome this place is. My son suggested we try it for dinner…what an excellent idea. It was so freaking good. We had the deluxe and were the happiest we’ve been in a long while with pizza. Can’t wait to try them again…see ya Papa and Dominos…this my new place for pizza.

EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I order from this location they forget the sauce cup that I pay extra for. Specifically 7-8 times in total. I’m done. My pizza was cold and took forever. I’ve spoken to the manager and the best they offer is “cheese sticks” as a solution. Pathetic. The owner needs to clean house and hire someone with more urgency, attention to detail, and consistency. Good help is clearly hard to find these days. Hopefully Tesla robots replace these service workers as soon as possible.
