I have gone a couple times now and the food was good. Have ordered the caniac and chicken sandwich, the former being the favorite. I event hosted a partial proceeds with my organization, and the manager Rex Fegley made it very easy to host this fundraising event. Along with Kelsey Fendley who was able to give me the necessary information to fill out the proper documents to finalize the event. Other than that the food came out relatively quickly considering a lot of people were there at the same time. The workers were nice and answered any questions they could relating to a possible event and any food question.

I give this restaurant a middle of the road review, because they have no website, menu and photos. I would like to see at the least their menu and photos showing their excellent food and clean atmosphere, per the reviewers. Also, I only see 3 reviews, all of which are 5’s. Nothing wrong with that, but I wonder if they were posted by people affiliated with this restaurant.

Great food, best chicken around. Had a small issue with the timing of a catering order, the assistant manager DT stepped in and made it right. Way better service than Huey mcgoos where they just don’t care. Raising Canes anyway of the week.

I’m surprised that even if it’s busy when coming to eat inside, they still move quickly to get your order out. If you really have to wait, it’s no longer than 5 minutes.
Everything is straight out of the fryer hot and crispy. And after a round of fries and a few tenders, I’m filled and satisfied. Always ensuring complete satisfaction. Thanks guys!

Today my family and I stopped in to try Raising Canes for the first time and I was blown away! Everyone was so friendly and professional. My order was taken by DeAndrea whom was so sweet and helpful. The manager Mark came out and greeted us with a smile. Also staff/team Josiah was very impressive and sweet. All I. All 10/10 experience. Restaurant very clean and service speedy. Staff very knowledgeable of menu items and prices for food were great. I will definitely be back. Great job

GABY was absolutely fantastic and the reason we will be back! We wanted to add a Club Card to the app but it was a nightmare and we were ready to walk out (you should ask Gaby what we mean) BUT Gaby actually took the time to help both of us get our account set up and attached to the app. She has an amazing KIND and HELPFUL attitude. This young lady will go far in life no matter where she ends up. We taught high school for 30 year so we KNOW the kinds of kids that are coming out these days which is why I want you to KNOW how wonderful she is. I was having difficulty (and it wasn’t that busy so she offered to help) and she asked first if she could touch my phone, then helped me. The font on your card is SO small, no one over 40 can read those numbers. Every step of the way was a nightmare; again, you don’t make it easy. I’m trying to stay on task at how we would have walked out if not for Gaby. She saw our frustration and jumped right in. We can get chicken fingers anywhere, but to find staff like Gaby is rare. We eat out every day so we know good people when we see them. PLEASE someone, do something for her. I didn’t have a way to tip her or I would have. GREAT JOB WE WILL BE BACK because of her kindness! As for the store visit I had one concern: 1) soda machine should put out COLD drinks, not have to add ice.
Other than that, food came out VERY quickly by very friendly staff. They checked on us a few times to see if we needed anything else. They were wiping tables down very quickly so there wasn’t a waiting line. Also when wiping the table, how AWESOME that they put the small trash in a bin at the table rather than throw it on the floor! LOVE THIS! So many times other restaurants come around sweeping the floors AS YOU EAT and the dust is flying in your food! Well done! Just a great experience! Food was delicious. WE WILL RETURN.
