BK one of the managers and also Carter, helped fix my order for me and my woman. I had a sandwich that had no sauce and also a sandwich with no meat. I gave them a call they quickly said go ahead come by again, to fix this issue. I went through the drive through and they took my receipt and quickly fixed our order and also offered us another bagel…., they were very professional and respectful about the whole process. 5 stars!

My husband and I dined in yesterday here at Sedalia, Missouris’ Panera Bread, and we both had the new French dip beef sandwiches. We ordered on the app while sitting in the restaurant. Our food was prepared great, it was delicious! The soup that comes with our French dips was half full and I got about halfway through my sandwich when it was all onion so I honestly wish there was more soup than onion in the mix because I really loved to dip my sandwich in the soup.
I love Panera Bread it’s one of my favorite places to go however this was the very first time my husband has ever taken me to there for lunch and honestly I don’t know if he’d take me back again because they need more deals on their app. I realize they’re a higher class type of restaurant than most fast food places but when they are competing with McDonald’s and Burger King and Wendy’s for their lunches the deals are far better and less than going here. We spent the same amount yesterday that we do when we go to a restaurant like Applebee’s our total came up to 21 dollars and that was after the five dollars off all because of the taxes so it was like not even a deal. I’m not really trying to complain, but when I have to talk my husband into going there and it’s just hard for me to get him to go there because of that, especially during lunch.
I will go to Panera Bread on the random occasional visits that I can go. Your sandwiches are spectacular, and so are your soups.

A regular, easy, and reliable Hwy 50 road-trip stop for us. The kiosks make it easy to order just what you want (including number of syrup shots in your coffee!), although sometimes it’s worth it to order bakery items at the counter for the most up-to-date inventory availability. Staff have always been friendly (even when dealing with weary travelers), efficient service, serviceable bathrooms, and plenty of seating indoors and outside.

Best Panera I’ve been too! Everything was hot and fresh. My order was exactly as I ordered. First time I actually got a spoon for the soup and croutons.

The staff were friendly and great. The 2 star service is due to humans or this specific Panera location. Panera’s self-serve kiosks are absolutely horrendous. I keep thinking they will fix their systems, but I need to simply remember to never use the kiosks. About 80-90% of the time they fail and loose your order. No different this time.
Panera, fix your self-serve kiosks or remove them. All you do with these devices is make a frustrating first experience in your restaurant with this failing devices. Not good.
