Placed an order on the app was shorted almost half my order – stores fault. Then called delivery services and they refunded me for what was missing (my items) so if I want to eat I have to place a NEW ORDER? Unacceptable. I gave benefit of the doubt the first 2 times. Every order I’ve made here I’m missing items if I get delivery. Calling Domino’s or Pizza Hut from now on.

Horrible customer service. I ordered two pretzel crust pizza online and they messed up my order so I asked for it to be redone. Then when they remade it they didn’t make it with pretzel crust. The chef takes it back and overflows the entire pizza with salt to make it “pretzel crust”. When I call to ask for a refund the chef was super rude and was yelling at me asking why I want to refund the pizza. Completely unprofessional and now are not picking up my call when I am trying to contact a manager. Would not recommend this to anyone.

NEVER ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION *bridge street in Lowell* COMPLETELY RAW PIZZA DOUGH. First order dough was raw, replaced pizza raw also. They DO NOT CARE and DO NOT apologize or Refund money. We ordered the deep deep dish stuffed crust. You can see the difference between cheese and dough.

I bought a pissa last night on bridge st lowell when I got there there were 2 boxes of pizza on warmer worker gave me one I asked how long the pizza been sitting there they said eight minutes bull not true when I got home 1 minute away the pizza was hard and it taste nasty and dry and had more sauce than cheese staff were eating and handling food without washing hand and their pizza that they were eating looked better than the one I bought lots off cheese shiny on the slice employee was eating un eceptable

Worst place ever and the staff is really rude and does not like to take responsibility for their mistakes they burned all my 3 pizzas. Refuse to make the pizzas again and costumer service is close today Sunday. I asked for their names for my report and instead I got 2 Rude people yelling at me in the phone to stop calling and wait until Monday for costumer service and hung up on me, that’s ridiculous my kids waited 2 hours for the pizzas to arrive and now they won’t even remake it I’m attaching the picture. Never again BE CAREFUL don’t order from this place.
