My latest order had not one but two hairs on it so I called for a replacement. They took around two hours to deliver my replacement and offered nothing for me having their literal hair in my mouth. It’s absolutely disgusting and the fact that I had to wait two hours and they couldn’t be bothered to give me anything extra is ridiculous. If anyone plans to eat pizza I’d go anywhere else but this store.

I ordered pizza and habanero mango chicken wing, the wings are perfect but the pizza is totally burnt and called the store, the lady who responded was disrespectful and not listening to me I felt so bad. I ordered a Brooklyn pacific veggie pizza. When we arrived home to eat the pizza was cut on squares, when I tried to take a piece was almost impossible, the pizza was extremely thin, almost clear and stick to the box. I cannot understand how they sold something like that. I called the store and they never pick up the phone.

This store is a real waist of time and money, it’s runned by bunch of kids they don’t care about domino’s reputation, or health department rules …. But they have the audacity to call after I posted a 1 star review I wish there was a zero instead, due to all the frustration and disappointment, to cuss me out! The absolute worse customer experience I have ever had. They provided me with a burnt pizza, why any one would think the customer would want this burnt dried out pizza is beyond me. On the app they claim they spend time conducting a “quality check”, the person responsible for that and still allowed this item to be served to a customer ought to be suspended. Then the store had the audacity to offer me a credit on my next purchase as compensation, as if I would ever order from them again…not likely. On top of that the representative on the phone was curt and a bit rude. My Order detail is #549 and this is the 2886 Dale blvd Store. Every one on duty at that store needs training. I guarantee I will never order from this store again and will discourage anyone I now from doing the same.

They messed up our order. Tried to call the number on the receipt/Google Maps and it takes you to a LONG voice answering machine that never transfers you to talk to someone. Then after giving up we decide to take a bite of the messed up order and the specialty chicken was extremely overcooked and dry, the pizzas did not taste like they had fresh ingredients. Definitely getting our money back through our bank!

Awful customer service. No one answers the phone. You can’t ask for clean cut when placing an online order. I called another location and they said they can only contact them the same way as me (through the same phone number) and that they are NOTORIOUS for not answering the phone. This is what a medium pan two topping pizza looks like here every time. I don’t know why they’re so stingy with two toppings. It’s ridiculous. The PAN pizza is barely done cooking in the oven too. You have to stick it back in the oven when you get home.

After we put in a review for how the pizza was thin like chips and burnt , we got a call from the someone called her self the manager to say that for 16” pizza they stretch a medium size dough … didn’t make any sense specially when it was not the first time ordering the same order from other locations for Dominos. She was very rude to say you deserve it . I Advise every customer to check their pizza before leaving the store. Or better not to order anything from that specific location .

Called today about 5x before having to chose the Spanish language line to finally get a answer and I don’t even speak Spanish but when I finally got in touch this guy answered and I wanted to see what was taking so long with my order or why I didn’t get an update for a long time. He tells me his driver isn’t coming and is going home so I would have to pick it up. I told him I ordered through DoorDash and didn’t know it was their drivers delivering so I tried to ask more questions but he talked over me seeming in a rush and told me he was going to cancel the order and then hung up before I could say anything. I called back after and he was still kinda rude about the situation as if it was my fault he only had one driver I just wanted an understanding of the situation. Get better people to run this store they have no respect whatsoever and don’t even pick up the phone unless you press 2 for Spanish I got an instant answer then. Very disappointed you guys close at 12am not 10pm
