The shawarma plate and sandwich tasted nothing like shawarma. The chicken wasn’t seasoned with traditional shawarma spices at all, it just tasted off and very far from what you’d expect.
The sandwich was so watery that I couldn’t even eat it properly, I had to dump it onto a plate because everything was dripping. The sauces tasted like watered-down mixes with some random seasoning rather than rich, flavorful shawarma sauces.
And honestly, for $30 for a plate and $23 for a sandwich, I expected something truly delicious and authentic. I’m absolutely willing to pay those prices for quality, but this was nowhere near worth it.
Very disappointing experience. I won’t be ordering again.

We come here often for our Mediterranean food in Honolulu. Great value even though they started charging a “labor fee” and an online processing fee. We still come here for takeout to support one of the better shwarmas in Hawaii. We normally get a chicken plate and falafel plate for 4 people. Large portions and delicious soft pita bread.

06/16/24 Wife and I have embarked into a flavor that is beyond our imagination. From the first time we were greeted to the end it was nothing but ALOHA! Customer service out of this world. Don’t get me started on the food blew our minds. Amazing flavor made with LOVE AND ALOHA! There prices are amazing. Let me tell you everything is amazing. We topped it off with 2 large cold LEMONANA DRINKS! I would highly recommend Shaloha to everyone! This place is the BOMB!

Stopped in to try pita chips and it was amazing! It was crispy and chewy but paired with the hummus, it was out of this world. Highly recommend if you need a snack, the portion is perfect for 2 people.

Just tried the Shaloha plate, which is pretty much enough for two people. Very tasty, zesty/flavorful, but not overpowered.
Everything looks and smells fresh. Lots of colors and veggies. Healthy and tasty! The owner was kind and welcoming when I asked “what is shawarma?” lol. Fast service

Family owned and run by the sweetest Israeli family. You can really tell the owner Sagi is passionate about what he does and it shows in his food. I always get their falafel mix plate (vegetarian option) and it is absolutely divine! The falafel is crispy and soooo flavorful. Eggplant cooked to perfection. Side salads also refreshing. Highly recommend it. Last but not least….. their home made pita is BOMB! They don’t use any preservatives – so always fresh and fluffy. I always order extra to have in my house. Love it. Go now!

One of our new favorite restaurants! They have the Shaloha plate which comes with a little bit of everything from the menu (which can feed two people) and we loved everything we tried and the big piece of breaded chicken was by far the best chicken I have ever had! (We also got the shawarma pita and it was great too!)
