We ordered a breakfast steak, egg, potato quesadilla advertised for $11.95 but was charged $14.00 instead. When we questioned the charge they stated that’s what that’s the price the their system shows and they have to charge that if you don’t want the food you don’t have to buy it. We want the food for the correct -advertised price. Neither employee was helpful it’s the only button I have to deject he said the other was they must have changed the price but it clearly shows on the menu board the truce fur breakfast and then reg menu items prices. Very frustrating!! Then either helping us asked if we wanted cheese on our quesadilla- we were like yeah um hello that’s what makes a quesadilla. Cautions you order.

The service was poor. I do not eat rice or meat or chicken, but I eat beans and veggies. The veggies were brown and very old looking. When I asked for both types of beans I was given an attitude. When I asked for guacamole I was told we have none. The was my source of protein for the meal… so I paid $13 for beans, queso, corn, lettuce and sour cream. I work for an airline in the airport but will never return. The attitude of the employees and the manager is horrible. The service is poor, and the food over not good.

Stopped by Qdoba at the airport for a quick bite. The customizable options and free queso are a nice touch, and the line moved fairly quickly despite the crowd. It’s a convenient choice for travelers looking for something filling on the go, and the menu offers enough flexibility to accommodate different tastes.
That said, the overall experience felt rushed. Portion sizes were inconsistent, the chips lacked freshness, and the staff seemed more focused on speed than engagement. It’s decent for airport food, but not something I’d go out of my way for. A little more attention to quality and service could elevate the experience.

I absolutely love the Qdoba on concourse A. The staff is so polite and patient. Mayca is the main reason I go back. She wears a mask, but you can still see/feel her smile. Serigne was very patient and helpful when I was trying to figure out exactly what I wanted. Lastly, Letay is such a sweetheart and makes you want to go back!

I normally love Qdoba and my experience at this airport location was horrible. The counter was not clean, the staff was not friendly and they wanted to charge extra for everything! Why? When other franchises don’t!! The food was not good. Please do better. I paid $28 for something I normally pay $15 for and it was trash.

Every bite was worth it. The textures were perfect, the flavors were balanced, and you could tell care went into the preparation. Asefa is always so warm and hospitable each time im in the A concourse. Her and her team was one of the few vendors open during the major ice storm. Asefa was positive and kind to all of the guest who stopped by. She asked how they were doing and wished them a wonderful day. Very gracious!

This is my go-to food stop whenever I’m in Atlanta’s airport. The food is fresh and real, tastes great, the line moves along smoothly and you’re always greeted with a warm smile from all of the employees. Today my amazing service came from Letay, Bonna, Maya and Dijohnil. ( I was reading the name tags quickly so please forgive my spelling ) excellent staff overall
