With over two years of experience dining at restaurants across the United States, this has been the best Italian food I’ve had so far. Went to dinner here for our Anniversary. We are used to friendly service from Olive Garden, but tonight learned they are not all guided by the same service guidelines. The server never asked if we wanted more bread sticks or salad when we ran out. My water was not refilled until I asked for it to be. The food also came too fast after we received the salad. Everything seemed to arrive too fast. It felt like we were being rushed through our dinner. My Chicken Alfredo had noodles that were dried out on the edges of the plate like it had been heated in a microwave. Very big let down.

When will we learn?! We finally tried this new spot, and it was a mess. The staff were running around like chickens with their heads cut off, delivering food to the wrong tables and losing our order in the system.
The food was the biggest disappointment. My wife’s pasta tasted like it had been sitting in plain water for an hour, and mine was so spicy I thought I’d need a doctor. The manager was the only bright spot; he comped my meal and brought me milk for my acid reflux. But even the replacement meal I paid to take home had zero flavor. We definitely won’t be back to this location.

First time at this Eastvale Olive Garden. Glad we found this location since the Tyler O. G. Location doesn’t feel safe. What a very nice restaurant food was delicious, but the employee were so nice . As soon as we walked in was welcomed by reception. He had a great big smile. So friendly with small talk and telling us some of the delicious menu items and favorites the have returned to the menu. Alice our server was absolutely amazing. Looking forward to go back to our family & friends Olive Garden from now on.

Typically, I order the Chicken Parmigiana for dinner, but today I opted for the lunch portion, which is smaller in size. Despite its reduced portion, it was excellent.
For appetizers, both the Calamari and Spinach Artichoke Dip are highly recommended. The Black Tie Mousse Cake for dessert was also very enjoyable.
The service was satisfactory—staff were pleasant and friendly, although we did experience delays in receiving drink refills.
This Olive Garden is new in the area and it is very clean.

The experience I had at my local Olive Garden was quite uncomfortable, primarily due to a noticeable presence of racism among the staff.
First, when we arrived, we weren’t greeted properly, which set a negative tone for our visit.
Next, we were seated uncomfortably close to the public restrooms, an area that was far from inviting.
The table we were given was clearly dirty, with remnants of previous diners still visible, making it hard to enjoy our meal.
Our server seemed disinterested and distant; it was evident that they weren’t invested in their job or attentive to our needs.
There were numerous issues with the food we ordered, which only added to our frustration.
To make matters worse, we noticed management stationed at the end of the alleyway, seemingly keeping an eye on my fiancé and me, which made the experience feel even more uncomfortable.

My girlfriend and I ate dinner here Saturday night and everything was absolutely incredible. The food the service, the ambiance just spectacular. Special thanks to our server. Michael also Easton going out of their way to make our experience memorable. Even the two hostesses on shift came over to the table to offer breadsticks and water refills, teamwork presentation, cleanliness and outstanding food. I highly recommend this location!! Great job team!
