Great food, atmosphere and service at this restaurant in Milton-Freewater. They have an extensive menu of Mexican classics.
We ordered lunch combos (chicken flautas for me). Service was quick and our food was hot and delicious.
The place looks to be busy, which is always a good sign.

The Cadillac Margaritas were pricey but worth it. The #1 was excellent and the Alcopolo Burrito was full of Sea food. My husband didn’t care for the bell pepper that was in it but he just put that aside and fully enjoyed the rest. The drinks and food was 50$ The food was very well priced. We loved it.

We were seated right away and our order was taken quickly, so I thought we were off to a good start. Unfortunately, our waitress disappeared after that—she was in the back laughing and joking, and never once came to check on us. After 45 minutes, the hostess (who was very sweet and attentive) noticed we still didn’t have food, only to discover our order hadn’t even been put in. She stepped in and made things right, but our server was terrible and seemed more interested in flirting in the kitchen than taking care of customers.
When our food finally did arrive, it wasn’t very good. My strawberry lemonade tasted awful, almost like the fruit was spoiled. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. i wouldn’t recommend coming here

Most of the food was quite tasty – the chips and salsa were good, the chicken taco and chicken enchilada were flavorful and fresh. But my tamale and the steak that came with my fiancé’s fajitas both tasted really old and like we might get sick if we ate them. We told the server and even emphasized that most of the food was good and these things happen. His response was “I wish they didn’t, but they do” ¯_(ツ)_/¯ and didn’t offer any sort of discount or much by way of an apology. We were considering going back before that interaction, but that was not encouraging and $40 for two people to have partially-inedible lunch is too hard to swallow.

Almost everything was great! The food, service, and atmosphere were great. The only problem was a couple of self-righteous patrons in an adjacent table who obviously didn’t know the context of our table conversation. When they went to leave, they pronounced judgment on us. The man informed us he is a pastor in the area. His wife glared at us when they left. We found a great new restaurant. It’s a good thing we’re not looking for a new church!

It was pretty busy for a Sunday around 3:30pm when we went, which was my first time there, but a spot my relatives who live in the area like to go to. Our server was very busy serving many tables, so getting more chips and salsa and water refills took a bit longer than we would usually like. I only saw one other server, so I wonder if the restaurant was possibly understaffed that evening. We were grateful, however, when our server brought a pitcher of water just for our table, which kept us happy and eliminated extra work for him. Once the food arrived, it was so good. Delicious, authentic taste. Large portions. Reasonable pricing. The server was nice the whole time, and never appeared to let how busy he was come across with frustration. Overall, good experience and I will visit again.
