Must try sushi place since the new ownership took over around May 2025. Attentative service and generous portion sizes. Overall, our party was very satisfied with our lunch and will have to come back to try more of their menu! My favorites were the Cherry Blossom Roll, Orange Chicken, and Deep Fried Ice Cream.

After the rebranding and new ownership, you can tell love has been pumped into this restaurant. The fish is fresh and delicious, by far the best quality for money you will get in the canyon lake, menifee, and lake Elsinore area. The owner makes sure to greet every guest and always is trying to improve.

Aza Sushi was a great find while charging my EV in the same parking lot. The service was great and friendly and we got a complimentary dish of ahi fry! The stuffed jalapeño and spicy Big Mac roll were awesome too! Everything was very very good, I would strongly recommend! Quick service too I was back to my car in less than 50 minutes.

I came here on a whim and my gosh was it a great decision. I came during lunch and had their lunch special (5pcs nigiri and a roll) and my plate came with more (lucky surprise). The sushi was very fresh and delicious. The staff was very friendly and even gave us a free desert when I mentioned that we were celebrating. Staff let us know they just opened 8 months ago, stop by and give them a try. You wont be dissapointed

This place is a hidden gem! It is very nice inside. All the servers and chefs are genuinely so kind! The food came in a timely manner. We got complimentary appetizers and desserts which was a thoughtful surprise! I really like baked sushi so I got the TNT roll and it was delicious!

We enjoy every dish that we order, today we’ve had three signature rolls, the AZA, No Way Out & the Cherry Blossom. We also received a complimentary appetizer, a dessert, the appetizer was gone before we knew it so there is no picture detailed below but just know it was the perfect tasting appetizer I could’ve gotten. I also ordered a ramen to go and a few other rolls not pictured here. We have always loved communicating with your staff about questions we have, the owner is especially accommodating and incredibly kind and genuine.
Inside the restaurant is upgraded, and has comfortable seating. We always recommend a booth seat. I love the interior design, it has a natural cozy and home feeling. The environment where the chefs make the food and the staff are incredibly kind and knowledgeable about everything we ask. We appreciate both of you Joy & Zach. I will be here again with my family, and this review is long overdue because I’ve been here three times before.

This was my second time dinning in here at AZA and they did not disappoint both times. This time I ordered the spicy garlic edamame to start with, then the Tonkatsu spicy Ramen, along with a Philadelphia roll, and a spicy tuna roll. My favorite had to be the spicy Tonkatsu Ramen. To finish off with dessert. Was the deep fried green Tee ice cream. Typically I’m not a big fan of green tea ice cream, but this one was very creamy and delicious. The servers were very nice. Everyone had big Smile when we arrive. One of the appetizers was complementary as well as the dessert, and they were very grateful as we were walking out the door as well. Highly recommend this sushi place for a date night for anyone.
