Didn’t put condiments on my online order. Just skipped it. I came back and told her. No apology. She just handed me a bag of mustard! I said no, let’s use the bottle.
She had to go get the mustard bottle from the back. In other words, she didn’t forget the mustard; she just didn’t have any out front so decided to skip it and move onto other orders.

I come to this location all the time and it is usually a hit or miss if you’re gonna get good customer service and have your food prepared correctly. Yesterday I got a tuna salad and the guy who prepared it barely put anything on it. I paid $8 for an empty salad. That is ridiculous and would like someone to contact me about this.

Management really needs to get onto their employees about looking so unhappy! I’ve been there multiple times over the last couple weeks and not one person smiles or acts like they even want to help you. You can feel the racism in the store! I’ll never come here again. I guess if you don’t look like the people behind the counter, you’re not supposed to come here. It never used to be like this at this location! Something has changed and it must be Management. Some of the most unpleasant people I’ve ever been around in the Conway area! Go to another subway and maybe you’ll get a smile and not discriminated against because of your skin color.

Super upset! We placed a pick up online order. My husband arrived at the pick up time, one person working and no one there. The worker then started on the pickup before ours. He was texting with me and didn’t watch the full process but my sub had no cheese that I asked for, barley any meat, and not toasted. My husband’s wasn’t toasted either. I usually love subway but the last few times I have gone to this one, it’s been horrible.

As others have mentioned, service is hit or miss here. I usually order online and my order is rarely ready on time, and then today I came to pick it up and the restaurant apparently closed early with no notice. Very frustrating and disappointing. I suggest avoiding this one and going to the nearby location on Semoran, which is usually much better.

Just terrible prices, and the service was lackluster. The meat still has the consistency of the sponges they use to bathe the homeless at Salvation Army. They have the nerve to charge you $1.99 per “slider” that comes with only two pieces of onion and peppers. TWO. INDIVIDUAL. PIECES. Company policy. Avoid this place, Publix is right across the street.

Lady prepaparing food was rude and ignorant about what me the customer wanted. Also dis allowed a senior or military discount when it was given at this location many previous times .i dined in at 226pm in dining room on a wednesday. Other male employee was excellent. She needs to be repramanded or let go.
