Drove all the way from Prospect to Delaware today to pick up my favorite pineapple and chicken fried rice. I have ordered it many times from here with no issues and today I asked specifically for that dish and drive all the way back home to realize that it had no pineapple in it. When I called back the lady told me on the phone to make sure that I asked for the chicken and pineapple specifically fried rice which is exactly what I did. I asked if there was another way I should have ordered it and she said no but wasn’t willing to offer a remake or a refund or anything just told me sorry and sat there silently on the phone. What horrible customer service!!! I drove over 22 minutes and had to fight parking downtown on a Saturday to come to your establishment only to be treated as if I was the problem. I spent $20 and only get to eat my $7 pot tickets which were soggy this time and not crispy on the outside at all. Possibly because they had my food sitting out on the counter with no heating source until I arrived? Not sure. But I guess it’s not worth the trip unless your eating in the restaurant and can call attention to their errors immediately. You would think you would get the same service regardless. The guy on the phone should have asked whatever question he needed to ask to make sure he got my order right but when I only said I want chicken and pineapple fried rice and potstickers I don’t know how that’s confusing. Whoever the lady was that answered the phone after wards really shouldn’t deal with customers if they aren’t willing to offer a solution. I paid $13 for a dish that didn’t contain what I paid for!! That’s a rip off in my book.

I wanted to try this place. Wasn’t too sure what to expect but turned out to be an absolutely amazing experience. The waitress was very nice and friendly and kept checking on us. The appetizers were very good and then the food came and I was blown away. Just amazing and the amount of food we got was way more than expected. Will be going back many times.

I’ve been in this area for over a year and NEVER realized a place like this exists! It’s authentic, conversation “friendly” (you can still have a conversation and hear) bar/intimate restaurant vibe, staff is amazing, and the food? IT WAS INCREDIBLE! The presentation, smell, taste, and portion size were just AMAZING. I HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone looking for a class #1, budget friendly place to go.

I really like this place! They have a great sushi selection, and their plate offerings were very good. The espresso martini was lovely. The sushi roll I purchased left a little to be desired flavor wise, but it was very fresh. Thank you for letting us come and celebrate my friend’s birthday!

Got lucky and had open table, So no wait. Waitress was over to get drinks and menu real quick and while we figured out dinner plans. Food was out quick once we ordered. Our orders were great and waitress kept a good tab on us during outer visit. We had a great visit.

Wish the crab Rangoons were a little more traditional, just because of the amount of cream cheese you get but other than that, we love it here! Never had a bad meal or bad service. Even when they are packed, the quality is unmatched
