Came in yesterday to get some wings and rice , however the young Caucasian girl they had at the front was so rude . Idk if it was because I’m black or what but she never greeted me and just looked at me with the order ticket in her hand waiting for me to tell her my order . No hello or anything . She had zero customer service skills. However, food was really good and fried rice was good . They need to get someone nicer at the front of their store .

I get wings here often especially during the holidays. However when I got wings on Christmas Eve and got home these wings tasted awful. No seasoning at all.. 3 different flavors and you couldn’t tell one from the other.. 100 wings that’s sad none of them were good so nobody ate them

My daughter and I visited this establishment and were interested in their wing and burger combo. We also noticed they had nacho cheese fries on the menu. My daughter ordered the cheeseburger combo, and we asked for cheese fries. The cashier mentioned the cheese would be served on the side. I then asked if I ordered the nacho cheese separately, would it come on the fries like in the picture — she said no. I simply asked why the cheese couldn’t be served on the fries instead of on the side, and the owner responded very rudely while explaining. Because of the poor customer service and attitude, I decided to take my business elsewhere.

I came in yesterday and ordered a 10-piece extra crispy chicken, and it was perfect. I returned today and ordered the exact same thing, but this time the chicken was raw. I gave the order back and asked if they could fix it. The cashier took the food, but the cook became upset and refused to remake my order. When I spoke with the manager, instead of addressing the issue, he justified the cook’s behavior and walked away.
Because of this experience, I won’t be returning. The customer service was terrible, and the restaurant itself feels outdated.

The cashier was very nice and patient,and it only took like 10 minutes for me and my girlfriend food to come out. The food was delicious as well as the drinks.

Horrible, I don’t recommend this restaurant to anyone. I had to get a refund. When I walked in around 11:30 AM today one of the cooks was sitting down looking at TV,talking on his cell phone that was a red flag right there. If you want fresh food, quality don’t go to this restaurant. You will get the complete opposite.

The food is amazing! 100/10 honey!!!!! Those wings!!!! Those nachos with that good behind cheese! So GOODT! They have the best French fries around here! I only gave them 4 stars bc when I went to get ice, there was mildew on the ice machine and it got on my cup.. Other than that, the food is 100!!!

I purchased 40 chicken wings and a large order of fries. When asked, I requested Blue Cheese and Ranch sauces. When I brought the food home to guests, there were only 2 sauces in the bag, grossly inadequate for 40 wings. I called to complain and the male who answered the phone, heard my complaint. He didn’t offer to rectify or make up for the problem. He actually hung up on me. He sounded like an Asian male. You need to know of the rudeness and poor customer service. I won’t go back again.
