We are visiting friends and went here for dinner. We had a great meal and got multiple of their house favorites like the buffalo burrata, “Heaven” pizza (which was delicious) and the Chicken Parm off the Valentine’s Day special menu. Finished up with cast iron cookies with vanilla gelato. Overall it was great. The place was loud when we were there as there were quite a few groups in there and music playing.

I’d been to this location back when it was the Fuego bar, and the transformation is impressive—clean, modern, and comfortable—though the old Fuego logo near the entrance still peeks through as a quirky reminder of the past. The menu leans Italian, and the wood‑fired pizzas are the clear headliner.
We shared three pies among five people and had more than enough. The surprise hit was the “Heaven” pizza with dates—the sweet‑savory combo really works and it’s my new favorite. Service was good—friendly and on top of things. The only downsides were the ongoing construction (which affects the vibe a bit) and a relatively small drink list. Still, the food carries the experience, and the gelato is a great way to end the meal. Easy 4 out of 5 stars, and I’ll be back once the construction wraps up.

This place was a Hidden Gem!!
Staff amazing, Dj yes I said Dj… had me in there grooving and eating, atmosphere was great!!
Now too the food, I had fettuccine chicken Alfredo Great sauce was creamy and seasoned bread was fresh. Pizza was fantastic I ordered my own pizza pepperoni chorizo and ham!! Great I was very pleased. My Server Vanessa was Fantastic!! Ask for her when you come she’s approachable and inviting spirit!!

First timers, came for our Anniversary and we’re not disappointed. Angela was great and we would definitely recommend. Total foodie and we will be back. Also the complimentary gelato as a courtesy for our celebration was the cherry on top!

We had a very pleasant experience at Roma 23. The space was well managed, the parking lot was accessible, and the style was very neat.
The food was remarkable! We started with a caesar salad, which was made with a spring mix. The dressing was flavorful, and the croutons added that extra bit of crunch that ever caesar needs.
For our entrees we ordered the Ajillo shrimp and the Heaven pizza.
This Ajillo Shrimp dish was one of the best pasta’s I’ve ever had in my entire life (and I’ve had a lot of pasta!). The shrimp was cooked and seasoned to perfection, and the pappardelle was done to perfect al dente. We would come back just for that.
The Heaven pizza was great too! The arugula was a little much, but the flavor combinations really made it a complete pie. If we were to come back, I’d probably try one of the other pizzas on the menu.
Overall, it was quality and timely service. The restaurant itself was a little loud, so be prepared for that, but the taste of the food brought this place to 5-stars alone.

First time visiting. Asked if we had reservations which we read online but we didnt. They mentioned right now with graduations and proms would be a good idea because it can get busy. We were fortunate the timing was great. It did fill up quickly. Chicken wings were good. Pizza crust was beautiful. Just needed a bit more sauce for my liking. Spouse had a pizza with basil and ricotta cheese. He enjoyed but I think it eventually got to be too much basil again for our liking. Atmosphere and decor was so cool. The staff really couldn’t have been nicer or more attentive. Service was superb. The watermelon and tequila mixed drink totally delish!

Walked into this place for the first time and was happy to hear oldies playing over the speakers. Hostess was friendly and sat was able to walk us to a table quickly. The music then changed over to Christmas songs which was also good. The other patrons present were having a good time so it was an awesome vibe. Our waitress Vanessa T was awesome, friendly and constantly checking in on us. We will definitely be back..

Vanessa T was our waitress and she was great. We had a big party celebrating a birthday and she handles us great! The lemon pepper wings were one of my favorite at a restaurant I’ve had in a long time. I did a build your own pizza and it was cheesy and good! I would like to try the square pizza as I will be returning! Thank you for the great service, vibes and most importantly the food oh and get the s’more’s martini!

Lemon pepper wings were like nothing I’ve ever had all over the country! Hands down THE BEST and so disappointed I don’t live here to make a regular spot. Bolognese Pasta…. Superb! Pasta cooked to perfection and actual sauce just the right flavoring. How did these folks figure all this out???
If you live local this should be a weekly date night or family spot!!!
