Me and my coworkers ordered from this establishment on 11/1/24 and the experience was terrible. We ordered 5 different orders 4 with bone in chicken and 1 boneless. They sent all boneless chicken, barely any sauce on it. It felt like it was just thrown together. Worst experience ever.

I ordered from door dash. The wings were so hard you couldn’t even bite them. For $22 dollars, door dash wants to give me a $5 dollar credit. Pitiful.. Very unpleased with the outcome of my order. I order a Cajun Bobby Bouche dry rub and I receive my order and THERE IS ONLY ONE PIECE OF CHICKEN WITH SEASONING JUST TOSSED ONTO IT. Very unsatisfied and whoever back there in that kitchen tossing these wings need a crash course on how to apply seasoning into a bowl, then toss in your chicken then toss and tumble your chicken then shift the excess seasoning off and throw it in a box!

The chilies staff thinks you can only order through door dash to get the food. That’s no true. You can get it through order food.google.com . I kept explaining that it’s say I don’t have to go through door dash online and they continued to insist that’s the only way to make the order. I went ahead and submitted the order. Called them back and they had the order. Then the manager changes his story and says yes you can order it online and there is some other website but he didn’t even know the site…… then they messed my order up. Took the food they gave me wrong back. A good manager would have come out to my car as he clearly was being difficult and messed up my order…… poor service…
