My husband and i came here while our car was in the shop at Midas. We were hungry since it was gonna be an hr wait for our car. We got there around 1:20pm and it also smelled like an old church. But anyways we went to sit down we were the only ones there. We ordered drink. I got a sprite which tasted kinda like tank water. My husband got a coke and he said it tasted like old mop water. They then take our order we got 1 16″ pizza with all ingredients for the normal pizzas not the special pizzas. We almost left cash on the table for the drinks and leave, Around 2:15 or so we got our pizza it was very loaded with ingredients and noticed there ingredients they were on the special menu. They put ALL ingredients they had on this pizza. Which still tasted good so I don’t complain there but everything else seems very off the environment everything. We get a box for our left overs and go to pay. We paid $62 for one pizza plus 2 drinks. Way over price for a place that doesn’t get much business

Walking in, I didn’t know what to expect, go through two doors like a back alley bar, there was no host, we mustve been their 3rd customer of the day at 7pm.
And I can see why.
The only server, she knew the food was terrible, the ice tea tasted like socks. The cheesy bread was 100% microwaved with a slice of deli provolone melted on top.
The deep dish pizza was only thick because of the dough there was, and was bland as the decor.
Family Feud on two of the largest screens I’ve seen in a restaurant, silen, Steve Harvey just mocking me, laughing because I chose to eat here.
The only good thing, was the waitress and the bill, because she knew it was so bad, I’m sure she knocked a few dollars off.
I’m wondering how this place is in business.
And I hope it goes out soon, to spare the neighborhood.

The food was good, the staff were very nice and friendly, and the restaurant was very clean with lots of space. The only bad thing I can think of (and honestly it’s a bit of a stretch) is that their “deep dish” pizza isn’t like other deep dish pizzas. It’s more of just a thick crust pizza. I still enjoyed it, but when I ordered my pizza, I was expecting the normal Chicago style sauce on top and cheese below type deal. Not a deal breaker as the food was honestly still good and worth coming back for (especially with the low prices), just a thing that bothered me at the time when I had an expectation. Maybe that’s on me though…. Regardless, it’s worth going to and supporting local business as opposed to dominoes or Pappa John’s.

The building itself looks very unkept, the staff which was summoned by ringer was forward and dismissive. I ordered a chopped salad and asked for the noodles to be on the side, go and behold I received a salad loaded with noodles. It looked like noodles with some lettuce i didn’t think the lettuce would also be chopped so finely. The burger tasted like it was sitting in the freezer bare. Think I might just stick to the pizza. I called and asked about my order to inform them how I felt about the food and the staff was so rude and just issued a refund instead of trying to make it better denied me future business, because that’s solving my issue.

They failed to mention set toppings on their pizza. Horrible customer service over the phone when attempting to get resolved. They gave us a pizza as a replacement for the error on their part. This is the pizza that was given to my family and it was cold. This is clearly a blatant response to their mistake. Wouldn’t recommend by any means. Don’t waste your time even considering this place.

The girl that took my order was super rude. I asked to see a menu she kind of refused to give it to me. Oh no, she was rude cocky and that was my first time there and it was not a good experience. The pizza was pretty good, but I probably will never go back just because of the customer service.

The door bell at the front should have told me and my family to turn around. The young girl that waited on us was dressed basically in PJs. Our drinks had a nasty taste to them. We came from Ohio for my son’s Navy graduation. He wanted pizza so bad. Although he got their bacon fires instead. Surprisingly the food wasn’t too bad. It was really just the atmosphere and the pop that.

This is the second year I’ve ordered a pizza dinner for my autistic son’s birthday; he lives in a home at a developmental center with other special needs men, about an hour away from me. It was so refreshing to be able to place the order easily and directly when other local pizza places wouldn’t deliver to the Center or made it difficult and Door Dash, no help there! Thank you and I won’t forget again where to order a pizza treat for the guys in his home!
