Easily the WORST Domino’s on the entire planet. Every time I order there is an issue. They consistently mess up the orders, leave my food on the ground without even attempting to ring the doorbell. I assumed the driver’s were pissed because I don’t tip…well the website says that you can write the tip in when they deliver or I have cash. I’m never able to give it to them because they don’t even ring the bell. I don’t tip in advance because I never know how my order will end up. It’s insane that they are so careless with people’s food. I live in an apartment complex, not a house so leaving it outside without any notice means someone can either take it or it will end up infested with lizards and bugs. After talking to someone at the location, I thought the issues were resolved but no. Doesn’t matter if you call in or order online. They don’t pay attention to any instructions. Even when they “remade” my order, they brought old cold food…parm bites that are dry and cold. I will be calling corporate and the health department. This place can’t be up to par with the way they run this operation! GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION!!!!

This place is a disaster. They mess up my order again. It is Thursday December 11th at 10:00pm. I put my order for delivery at 8:44pm. I called to let them know amend they hang up on me. Called again and after 30 minutes on the phone I decided to drive to the store. They were 5 employees doing nothing and even when I told the manager that I’m still waiting for someone to answer the phone nobody did it. The manager was making pizzas wile everybody else where jus chatting, making jokes and having a good time. I’ve never seen such a poor management and customer service. If you want your order right the first time, stay away from this place.

1/21/2024. Nice rebound. Pizza delivered hot for the football game with good toppings. Maybe too much bacon but can there ever be too much bacon? 🙂
1/7/2024. Not so good tonight. Ordered same pizza as pictured on 6/25 and its not the same (slice missing from today’s). They are very different. I ordered extra sausage and extra bacon.
6/25/2023. Ordered Dominos again tonight, 4 medium pizzas for the NBA Finals game. It was delivered in less than 30 minutes piping hot and just what we ordered. When Dominos delivers their pizza hot, it’s simply the best … better than all the rest 🙂

Is this a joke? This is how the employees dress cinnamon twists… Nearly naked! I don’t know why this location is one of the most inconsistent when it comes to making pizza and other food. This is the worst I’ve received, and majority of the time these cinnamon twists look the same. The pan pizza also lacks either toppings or cheese (which the cheese is supposed to be to the crust).
People’s hard earned money to the garbage because the negligence of employees actually caring how to serve the customer.
Are you trying to save on costs by not adding any cinnamon to the bread?
Every location literally has “How to” make each food item. How can something so simple that comes out of a squirt bottle end up looking like this!?
This food should be free, and unless this store gets their act together, look for another location!

Heard that the manager did a good job and pay attention to his job but other staff seem not.

The service from this location is shameful. The delivery driver claimed he left the pizza at my address but I have ring doorbell camera and he never walked up my stairs or left a pizza on it. And he deliberately lied about where he left it. Then I am told to wait a couple hours for a refund due to the manager not currently being there. This location is disguising with how they treat their customers. Ignorance and stupidity.

Around 9:30PM (11/4) we got pizza and it was undercooked, mis-topped, and the hand tossed dough was under-proofed, hence the bubbles and dough texture when biting into it. There was also a strong lack of sauce (ironically the sauce went over the crust on a few slices) and cheese, and the pizza wasn’t even cut remotely evenly, let alone cut through. Were not ordering from here again for a long time.

Dang guys. I put the order in, took 16 minutes to get there. The app says my pie is ready. But when I get there I have to wait 15 minutes because it was just put in the oven, after I walked in. If it’s going to take longer, just say so. I won’t go yet.
Next time I go to a different location.
