The cashier at 1:10 PM March 3, 2026 swiped my card once and told me that it did not go through and then he looked as if he waited for me to unlock my car and I told him I don’t have one of those cards where I have a lock on my card and then he proceeded to charge my card A second time and the manager clearly told me that there was not a charge on my card, but once which is a lie, and I called my bank and the bank said that I was charged twice, so be careful because the cashiers may steal your money and the manager won’t do anything about it, but I will be taking him to court. I don’t care if it was a dollar that you steal from your customer and then lied and tell your manager, you didn’t swipe my card

I am very disappointed in the poor quality wings I received yesterday. Majority of my wings I ordered were under cooked and slimy despite me requesting at the ordering box for my wings to be cooked well done which was upsetting,and the other half of my wings were black and dark in the inside and completely inedible. Staff should not be serving old unfresh wings to customers and they should not be selling undercooked meat that could make people sick. After a long day at work all I wanted was to grab a quick hot dinner for me and my family, yet I received food that was not fresh and had to waste a meal because of what I received. I ordered this meal in 6/3/25 in the evening after 4 PM and the staff at the window was not friendly at all, they had me waiting for over 10 minutes before someone came to the windows to greet me or take my payment method and the staff could be heard joking and playing around loudly in the background of the speaker intercom as I was placing my order in drive thru which is unacceptable and unprofessional. I have eaten at this location many times and this experience is unacceptable

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a Mr Chicken. I ordered a large fried pickles and received a large fried okra. I waited 20 minutes just to try to let them know of the mistake only to be told in a horrible tone of voice that they “Ain’t got no pickles. That’s why we gave you the okra” well I can’t eat okra it makes me sick so I need a refund. She walked away with just an eyeroll and no comment. I had already been waiting a total of maybe 1 hour from waiting to prefer the food and waiting for it just for it to be wrong and waiting longer to try and get it fixed so I just left. Spent $12 on something I can’t even eat. The same senior staff had a horrendous attitude towards customers the entire time I was there waiting. Putting her hand up in an older gentleman’s face for just trying to ask for napkins politely. And also not allowing the other younger staff answer any questions or help anyone. She would literally tell this girl to just “ignore them” right in front of the customer! Worst experience I’ve ever had at ANY fast food place smh.

I would not recommend this Mr.Chicken. I gave this establishment 3 tries and for the 3rd time the chicken wings I ordered were cold/dry and over cooked. As though the chicken may have been sitting for awhile. I will not be going back. Waste of money and time.

I went to the drive-thru tonight. It was 9:30 when I arrived. I ordered the family meal with chicken tenders, fries, and two sweet teas. After waiting 12 minutes (see receipt), I was given a box of dark meat, chicken and fries that were crunchier than kettle chips. (See below). Don’t waste your time or money!

After years of Popeye’s I thought I’d try Mr. Chicken. Well. The chicken was greasy and the biscuit was uncooked – doughy on the inside. I’ve never had that experience at Popeye’s. I’m confident Mr. Chicken can do better.
