Tuna tarter was great! With olive oil, red pepper and etc., finished the whole thing!
BUT the beed tarter…after the first bite I can’t continue anymore…it tastes so weird and not the beef tarter you would normally get…really bad…
So I just finished the mashed potato at the end…
When I asked for the bill and the “owner”? saw me didn’t touched the beef tarter, she kept asking and saying “you don’t know it’s not cooked?” “it’s not cooked” and am like “yes I know it’s raw, not my first time having beef tarter” “It’s not about if it’s cooked or not, it’s the taste…”
Anyways…wouldn’t recommend or come back to this restaurant

– The wine selection is great and affordable. Our favourite is Le Petit Chablis…wonderful for Saigon weather.

Recommend this French bistro located in Thao Dien District 2. Many traditional French dishes are on offer. Amazing set menu choices at great value. Most dishes are decent, tasty, and generously sized. Pleasant seating outside under cover, which can still be very hot and uncomfortable during meals. There is an indoor dining room with air conditioning for a cooler space but there limited seating. Kitchen service is slow and unacceptably slow when there are multiple tables ordering same time.

The set menu offers great value for money. The food came a bit slow even when there were not many people when we were there. The taste, portion and presentation are decent. With the couscous dish, it was a healthy and balance meal. We will come back.

A tired looking restaurant offering french food at an affordable price. Unfortunately, we were accosted by many mosquitos which refused to leave us alone even with insect spray. After it started to rain, we tried to move indoors but found ants on the two available indoor seats. In the end, we sat outside. The portion-size for the dishes was huge and could easily feed two adult females. However, my fish was pretty dry and I found the terrine quite salty. Sadly, it was not the best experience we have had in Thao Dien.

I am so surprised about this review, I was there when this Lady arrived with a big fluffy dog (as polar bear), she was nicely welcome to the restaurant, she was uncontrolable, she even started to insult the waiter Who please her, all customers were shocked, actually thanks to her husband Who was the most embarassed and asked her to leave, I highly recommend this place for good food and friendship service

The food was incredibly reasonable – great value. We ordered their two courses and a soft drink for 195K. We started with their chicken Cesar salad and that was almost a meal in itself. The second course was delicious as well. The service was fast and the atmosphere was really nice.
