Clean place. Good service. The brisket was salty. It was a good cut of meat, smoked really good, the bark, the deckle were good, the rub was just waaay to salty. The noodles and cheese were so so. The cornbread was good, (all three bites.) The baked potato was good but not worth $6.50. The spareribs were really good. The green salad was really good the homemade croutons were really good the blue cheese dressing was good.

heard great things so since it was my bestie bday we decided to try it out. We got there around 6pm on a Friday night, didn’t wait long, got seated and immediately put our drinks orders in and appetizer. Was EXTREMELY disappointed in the menu selection…not even a bake potatoe for a side selection and super small/basic salads. but we were there for the wings! We ordered the jalapeno poppers for our aps. They were pitiful! super small and very basic, no rub or smoke flavor at all. pepper wasn’t even cooked, cheese was very blah and the bacon was basically way undercooked..plus they were cold! was even more disappointed when we tasted the ranch…it’s from a jar, worst ranch ever from a restaurant!!!!!
our server then informs us that they ran out of TEA….it’s legit 7pm at this point…they opened at 4pm.
I get my smoked wings first but nothing else (we ordered salads mind you) we both were so hungry I ended up sharing my wings with her since our salads were MIA. they honestly were great…flavor wise. But I’ve had a lot better from wing house finally after 1.5 hours we get our salads/entrees.
my bestie ordered the chop salad and loaded it up with brisket and onion strings….she gave it a 3 out of 10…again basic sums it up!
I ordered the smoked wings and wedged salad. again wings were flavorful but came out Luke warm/more cold than warm. wedge salad was iceberg not even romain and again basic.
our server Ashley was on point! she was amazing!! but I won’t be back… $97 bucks for basic BBQ. oh plus…did I mention they do nothing for a bday! smh, definitely a basic restaurant.

Most of the food was very good. Pastrami was more like unsmoked corned beef. Corn bread was excellent. Not sure why there is no bbq sauce at the table and you have to order a small condiment size with the meal. I have never had their sauces and use different ones on different meats so I only got one small container for three meats. Baked beans were unremarkable. Just plain beans. Please get rid of the metal silverware container you bring to the table. It kept falling over since it was top heavy. Lots of cocktails which all looked great.

Good solid menu. Barbecue was good quality and tender. Their beers were excellent! Really nice large space. Has an inside and an outside bar. Really love that they don’t allow smoking at the outside bar like a lot of places do. It was a nice night to sit outside and eat dinner.

Busy but we were seated quickly and our waitress was quick to get our orders. Appetizer was there in no time. They were out of Texas style ribs, but that is the reality of a good BBQ. Baby backs were great, next time I will stick to half a rack!

We had dinner there. It was amazing. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. We had ribs/sausage and a pulled pork burger. Everything was delicious. The mac n cheese and corn bread were also great. We do wish the meal came with more than 1 flavor of the tiny sauce without an extra charge but hopefully they work that out. We will definitely be back. We were also looking forward to special burger prices on Mondays but they are closed Monday and Tuesday. That’s weird.

We’re not coming around opening time again. Waitstaff was confused about their stations and it took quite a while to get waited on.
The lady we ended up with had tables scattered through the place and was rarely seen.
Also, for their house brewed craft beer no samples were offered.
Food was amazing, so we will be back and hopefully by then they’ll have the “kinks” worked out.

I have been waiting for a quality, well ran, in house produced barbecue restaurant to come to this area for a long time! When I heard Seminole Smoke House And Brewery was going to open I couldn’t wait. They did not disappoint! The brisket is the best I’ve ever head! It falls apart on the plate! The smoked wings are very flavorful and of the highest quality! The service was amazing and the in house brewed beer made me want to buy cars so that I could have some while at home! All around I would give this place a 6 stars out of 5 if I could! If you are looking for quality meat, good drinks and a super fun environment and experience. This is the place for you!

We each had a triple meat and had plenty to take home. The meal was very good and the meats melted in the mouth. Our server was courteous and we sampled a couple of their beers before ordering. They had a choice of sauces so we asked to try a couple. Unfortunately Alabama white sauce wasn’t an option, but the Carolina was very good. Our orders came relatively quick. We were here between 5 and 6:30 pm on a Saturday night and their was still a few seats open inside and out, but still a good crowd.

Walking in, there were smiling faces & friendly staff. We were served right away & had a good view of multiple TVs with the lighting game on. I asked for lean brisket & got it! The chicken sandwich was good & the chili appetizer is a delicious steal, it’s huge. They seem to be committed to becoming a go to place in the community & our experience was wonderful. Take the family.
