This review is for the app based ordering system. I’m sure the food and service is fine, but how would anyone know? Ordering online when I get to entering my CC, the spot to enter the CC # just “spins”, never giving the opportunity to complete the order. Refreshed the app 3 times.

Dont bother ordering certain pizzas with light sauce because, according to this store, Papa Murphys wont accommodate that request as it messes with inventory. While I understand the whole inventory thing, some people can’t do regular amount of sauce for whatever reason. So just be aware, some request will not be considered for some pizzas. This review is not entirely about the store, it’s to bring attention to that the company as a whole is failing in an area of customer service. The store and employees are at an average rating in my opinion as the service wasn’t bad and they did follow policy and instructions, however it was the policy following that hurts my opinion/review as this customer does not feel as valued and satisfied as I could have been if customer service was as important as Papa Murphys claims. I got the Friday $5 Thin Crust Special. The pizza was wonderful. They did NOT skimp on the toppings. I don’t walk very well and one of the staff carried my order out to my car for me. Thank you.

My second time here , late evening both times on the weekend and I must say the crew was amazing. The guys were very helpful in explaining the different crust and even gave me their personal recommendation which was outstanding. The pizza looked like a work of art the staff was great so if your looking pizza stop here you won’t be disappointed.

Nice size salads freshly made for $7. You can ask for things to be removed ie..Black olives. All their salads are the same price, chefs salad has a lot of meat on it. You can order on their app, by phone or just walk in and they don’t take long. Many times we eat the salad and cook the pizza for another meal.

Ordered 2 medium original pizzas, one pepperoni and the other half canadian bacon/olive and half Jalapeno/bacon. The pizza was excellent.
When I arrived to order, I asked for the 2-topping large for 10.99. She didn’t have any idea what their online deals were nor would she take my order face-to-face. I had no other option than to input my order online while standing next to the cashier. I didn’t see the point of that and it felt very impersonal and lacked customer service.
