It’s waffle house. So star ratings is relative to expected service.
First time I realized (maybe this store is run differently- maybe it’s the generation of younger waiters) but two young women waiters would stand back by their tables occasionally texting on their phones and only work when one of their tables was occupied. Even though people were waiting for a tables and two tables needed busing. Both sported nose rings which I think should not be allowed around food service.
We had to wait for 15 minutes for our two waffles. We had finished our other orders. 4 of us.
We reminded the waitress. She did nothing. To expedite the waffles. One came then we waited for the other over five minutes.
And one of the two nose ring waitresses keeps touching her nose.
Not the typical Waffle House experience.

This Waffle House exceeded my expectations for overall breakfast experience. I had a Senior breakfast which included a fried egg, hash browns, toast, sausage, and coffee.
The service was swift and friendly. The food was all prepared just right. The coffee was good. The restaurant was clean and well lit.

Ordered carry out at 3:30 am on my way to work. Didn’t check it. Big mistake. The added jalapenos to my hash browns on both orders that also made their way to my sandwiches. I could not eat it at all. Allergies. 2 meals 30 Dollars. Thrown in trash, uneaten. Total waste of time and money.

I love this particular waffle House but I found a pickle slice in my biscuits n gravy. I wanted to take it back to complain but we all know how Waffle house employees roll. I wasn’t taking my chances All jokes aside food was great and the staff is always personable.

Food is great, service is great, I dont usually sit and eat places, being charged 20% when you order to go is absurd, I understand the 10% tip to the server, I do not and never will get being charged 10% to get my food to go. Waffle house has lost a customer today. I will never go back.

Standard waffle house experience. Not the best. The one on King’s Mills is better. The food was not cooked well, sausage was burnt, omelet was oily, and just overall not as good as what we are used to.

I want to highly commend our server, Lucie, for her incredible professionalism and grace. Despite being subjected to a hostile environment, she remained poised and dedicated to her guests.
In contrast, the cook’s behavior was inexcusable. He repeatedly yelled at Lucie and slammed equipment so loudly that the entire dining room could hear. Even after she calmly asked him to stop, his aggression escalated to the point of bringing her nearly to tears.
Lucie showed immense courage by continuing to serve with excellence after such disrespectful treatment. She is a total asset to your team, but the cook’s unprofessionalism created an environment that was deeply uncomfortable for both staff and patrons. I hope management addresses this immediately.

I stopped there today for lunch, had a cheeseburger with hashbrowns and a decaf coffee. Everything was fantastic. We’ll probably stop again if I am ever passing by at lunchtime.
