Put our order online, got to the store exactly at pick up time, and checked in, for the first 15 minutes we were understanding and okay with the wait. one it hit 30 minutes I called the store to check the status and the order was apparently ready, when we go to check the food all of the food is cold, now sitting at home writing this while my wings re-heat. Not sure if im going back honestly.

This place was a horrible mess. We placed an order through Uber eats and because they had no drivers available we were forced to pick up the order. After we picked up the order and arrived home we noticed that the other half of the order was missing. Not only that but the fries were ice cold almost frozen. After arguing with the manager for several minutes we were told we would have to contact Uber eats to receive a refund or order replacement. Worst customer service I have experienced since being in Texas. Food was disgusting. Stay away if you like your food cooked!

What a joke. It’s just chilis. Like literally, inside chilis. Why would I order just wings from chilis? Dry rub was dumped in box, not even on the chunks of chicken tenders. Cold. And 25 min past estimated pick up time. We’ll played chili’s , not again.

Ordered over 3 hours ahead of time, got a message saying order was canceled during the delivery time. When I called the store I was told “the order must have not gone through”. When I gave them the order number they said they are canceling all ordering because the fryer is down.

It is inside of chili’s. I never would trust chili’s to have good wings. The Cajun rub legitimately made the wing taste like hot dogs. Not a spicy hot dog. Just. Hotdogs. I’m not sure how that’s even possible.
