Cool place to chill out on a weekend. They have a couple game tables and a few simulator rooms. They also have a few bowling lanes but not many, so I recommend making a reservation before hand. I think it would do them some good to hire a few more bar tenders as we waited for 10 to 15 minutes for each drink.

My children and their friends had a blast at the Palace Social. My child was turning 12 years old. The bowling experience, arcade and party room were nice. The food was tasty and nice to have while bowling. The service staff were also all very kind and helpful. I highly recommend them for a birthday party for your family

Stopped in here in July 2025. This is a a fun place. It is both adult and kid friendly. The bar area is great. The bowling area is fun and satisfying. The arcade as you would expect it. Ample seating. There’s even a ice cream bar. Over all a good place and one designed to have fun. Office events, kids parties all would be perfect here. The food choices are good and plentiful and choices for just about anyone. The bar definitely a good socializing venue. Ample parking out front. Definitely recommended.

Place has great potential but the service is AWFUL. We were here bowling for 2 hours and were never once asked if we wanted drinks, and we had to go to the bar every time we wanted a refill. We were even asked when we got here by someone hanging out at the ice cream station if we wanted drinks, and we said we were about to go to a lane. After we paid and got our shoes, we saw him hanging out in the bowling area, and even made eye contact and he continued to ignore us. We were also told by the servers we had to order food from the bartender. There was no bartender. Meanwhile 5-6 staff members were just chatting at the ice cream station for the majority of our time here. It’s also just kinda dirty, but I put that more in the abysmal staff than anything. The stains and dirt are very clearly from lack of regular proper cleaning. The place looks nice and is fun to be at, but with the awful staff and dirty atmosphere, it’s hard to want to come back.

Had my son’s birthday here over the weekend, everything went off well, staff was great and very helpful. Food was really good, arcade looked pretty decent, same stuff as other similar places. And that’s the good.
Then it went off the rails…in the madness of 6 screaming kids hopped up on sugar, my wife signed the credit card bill while I was busy herding the kids. The price sounded high and I took a look and they charged us for four bowling lanes when we used two…they refunded it. I took care of the cake opened gifts and I looked over the bill again and realized we had 18 pairs of shoes for 10 bowlers. I can only assume they count on the chaos of a party to overcharge at this point.
Feeling like I had it all taken care of we finally headed home where it hit me… they overcharged $150 or so, but didn’t take off the mandatory tip on that!

I recently hosted an event at Palace Social, and I cannot recommend them enough! The entire experience, from planning to the day of the event, was seamless and enjoyable. The staff was an absolute pleasure to work with—professional, attentive, and incredibly accommodating.

We came here for a company party and had the place all to ourselves. They have bowling, arcade, multi-sport simulator bays, Omni VR arena, and XD dark ride motion simulator.
The food was good and the drinks were strong. Their staff were very attentive and friendly. I will definitely come back again.
