I do not like Starbucks but my daughter loves it! We stopped here to get her favorite Carmel crunch frozen drink (I get one also) yesterday John was on the microphone in the drive thru and his customer service wasvtop tier. I don’t think he was trying to do anything “special” you could tell he was just enjoying his job! I wanted to tell John and team Thanks for the excellent customer service

Stopped by the Starbucks in Fredericksburg and had a great experience. The staff was friendly and the service was quick. I ordered a Caramel Macchiato and it was made perfectly—great flavor and just the right balance of coffee and caramel. If you’re in the area and looking for a good coffee stop, I definitely recommend it.

Did not greet at the window in morning, straight up asked “what can i get you” no “hello how can i help” which was rude. I get to the window and have my app ready to scan and the guy puts the machine out, i asked to scan to receive stars and he seemed to ignore me and just held the tip screen in my face. For that poor expeirence no tip.
Working in places like these one of your employees main focus is not only the making drinks but also greeting and being friendly to those who put money into the company and help you get paid. Dont expect a tip if you cant give good reasonable service back.

Just ordered coffee here. The lady in charge of the inside register was no where to be found but then she popped out after a few minutes which is fine it’s early and she apologized but after I proceeded to order she continued to not hear what I was ordering I corrected her a few times I wanted the vanilla sugar free protein latte and pumpkin cold foam protein. I got a reg sugar free vanilla latte with the cold foam which fine it’s good drink and I don’t want to try to order again but what really made me write this is the extremely two rude drive through employees. They not only saw me walk in and left me at the register without help but they had absolutely no manners or politeness. I won’t be coming to this one again

They close earlier than 8 and will refuse to open the door and take your order. Showed up at 7:45pm and they were “closed” whatever. Didn’t want to support their store anyways.

Ridiculously poor customer service. Very dismissive and rude employees. Ordered an in store pickup order and the employees closed the lobby. Sat in drive thru for ten minutes to get lukewarm coffee. Very poor experience.

I stopped in once on the drive to DC for a quick Cortado —5/5 stars, baristas nailed it fast even with the crowd. Place was clean and spacious .
