I love tropical smoothie in general, but this particular location let me down. I ordered delivery through the app and it was delivered by DoorDash. However, it took almost an hour for my food to be delivered and I’m only a few blocks from the store. When my food arrived my wrap (that is supposed to be hot) was cold and there was no straw in my bag for my smoothie. Over $20 for a smoothie, a small wrap, and some chips (not including delivery). I’ll stick the one one on Two Notch in NE Cola, this location didn’t do it for me.

My experience today is to bring in attention to whom is over this location. One thing I exerved about your employees for today , when someone walks in the door of color they act like the person doesn’t exist. They do not greet the customer. I observed when there’s certain other people that come in they seem to see them as an existence when they walk through the door and talk to them When a customer comes up stand for 10 minutes. Nobody greeting , no one saying anything about they’ll be right with you or how can I help you something or it’ll be a few minutes , but I’ll be with you no customer service at all. While the girl was at the counter , I simply , said, excuse me , do you guys have a restroom? She ignored me but she heard me and act like I didn’t exist.
I was there to pick up an order, but I went ahead and canceled and look for the restroom myself and what’s done I left out. Because I did not like the customer service It seems they’re racist at this particular location. If you don’t address this to your staff, this becomes a problem.If you’re open to sell your business, please do reach out. If you don’t know about the business world , customer service is everything to a business.

My daughter was accosted by a homeless man while waiting inside the store for her order pick up. He was yelling profanities at her and slamming his hands on the counter table next to her. No one helped her, no staff, no one standing by. She left without her food. She will not be returning. Fix your homeless issue.

The restaurant was very clean. The smoothies are always great I haven’t had a bad one yet. There’s a lot of college students that go there and it does get pretty busy sometimes but the workers there are quick to get orders out they’re also very polite and helpful. Parking is not always the easiest especially when it’s busy and during the weekday.

Went here based on a recommendation. Food was fresh and tasty as were the smoothies. For the health conscious and fit people, this is the perfect place for you. I love this place and would recommend everyone to try it out. My favorite so far is the Triple Berry Nut.
