PITIFUL!!! This is what I got after ordering a TWENTY dollar cheesesteak. My boyfriend and I were quite literally SHOCKED when we opened it up. It ruined our dinner experience because we were in disbelief. I have never felt more ripped off in my life. I am including the advertised image for reference too!! DO NOT GO HERE, SUPPORT A LOCAL DELI INSTEAD.

I paid $15.99 for a HORRIBLE TASTING PHILLY CHEESESTEAK. Seriously, this sandwich is awful and should not be sold here. The prices are a bit much. I have no problem paying for good quality food and good service, but this ain’t it. Do better. Seriously. Do better. The sandwich should be off the menu. It’s not worth the money.
Is the seeded bun, your only bread option? If not, please offer what other options of bread that you may have.

I nearly dislocated my jaw trying to bite into this ridiculously overstuffed sandwich. Why would someone sell a sandwich so packed that it can barely be eaten. I couldn’t even fold the sandwich. It had to be eaten open faced style. And to top it off, I ordered the medium size (9”) thinking it would be a nice sized sandwich for a quick bite on the go. Not the case at all. It was a completely debilitating sandwich. I couldn’t even do what I needed to do today. I had to go home, ice my jaw, and sleep it off. So worth it

The food is always great here. I am not a fan of mayonnaise. This is the only sandwich shop that I will to to because their tuna fish does not come pre packed with mayo. To top it off their sandwiches are made fresh each time.

I’ve only had two sandwiches from Primo and both times they were like this.

Sloppy, roasted pepper on the outside of the paper. Soggy wet bread from the soggy wet fried eggplant.

The first time I figured maybe they just had a bad day but never again. They charge too much to serve food that looks like this.

I see the owners responding to reviews like mine with the standard “This isn’t the experience we want for our customers” but maybe fix the issues so you don’t have to apologize anymore. Don’t think the owners even care honesty. ‍♀️

Primo used to be my go-to for sandwiches close to the quality of NJ, but NOT ANYMORE! The service is HORRIBLE. Over the years, it’s steadily declined. It takes FOREVER to get through on the phone, IF someone answers. They send out promo texts and no one answers. What a joke! Too often than not, the workers don’t/can’t follow simple directions, and the sandwich isn’t prepared as requested. For the life of me, I can’t understand why you must request that a huge sandwich be cut in half. Who are they used to serving? Their prices have always been on the higher side. I’ll pass. They’re not the only shop in town.

Got myself a turkey wrap with no cheese and a little bit of russian dressing on it.
And they charged me $19.
I called corporate to make a complaint and they told me every Primo charge different prices!

Two weeks ago I went to the Primo in easton, Pennsylvania, 25 street shopping center and bought turkey wrap.
They charge me $14 with russian dressing. Highly don’t Recommend the Primo in Bethlehem Pennsylvania off of Airport Rd. They are a Rip off. You’re better off driving to easton to get a better price. Whoever owns the franchise should be Ashamed of themselves!

Just check out all their horrible reviews !
You can definitely tell this location hates their customers.

Got to the store and it was empty. Just perfectly fine I ordered our food to go. They ended up missing a sandwich when they rang us up, which is whatever. Got home opened up my package. I was supposed to have a small cheesesteak with marinara which they charge you extra for. There was no marinara. There was less meat on the sandwich. Then there would be on a McDonald’s cheeseburger. The last inch and a half of the roll had absolutely nothing on it. Called the store and was told no manager was on duty. Was told that they’re only allowed to put one piece of beef steak on the sandwich so they couldn’t do anything about the lack of meat. The manager would be in the next day from 10 to 12 when I said so you only have a two hour manager they said the manager comes in at eight but can’t answer the phone until 10 so basically they only have a manager for four hours a day I paid almost $11 for the sandwich if you include marinara that I never received plus gave them almost an eight dollar tip because I Ordered three sandwiches in total. I wanted a refund. I basically got bread with probably an ounce of meat and a piece of melted cheese. Normally, I love this Primo. I drive a decent distance to go to it. It’s my first time ordering a cheesesteak and never expected that it would be this disappointing and that I would get that much crap when I called to complain about it.

Ehh, not great. There was too much bread which wouldn’t be terrible but the taste was subpar. The cheese was cut very thick, probably to pad the sandwich and make up for lack of meat and the taste overpowered the whole sub. The pickles and ‘hot’ banana peppers were flavourless like they’ve been sitting around way too long. My company bought us lunch so the price point didn’t affect me and I didn’t pick them up so I can’t tell if that mean blonde from the other reviews was working the cash register. I would certainly never spend my own money here. If you want to support a local business, try Dave’s deli in Bethlehem but if you insist on going to a chain, Jersey Mike’s blows this place out of the water.
