The food was great, the service was okay but at the end we got an unpleasant surprise. Our bill had multiple up charges that we were not expecting. The waitress said we could choose sides from this large section of items but she didn’t say that they would cost extra. In her defense, there was fine print that mentioned the up charges but just to manage our expectations I think she should’ve mentioned it.

Great place for breakfast. We went during a fairly busy period for the restaurant, and still got seated pretty quickly. Our server was patient with us, and gave time for everybody to pick out a dish-no pressure. The food came out fairly quickly, and was hot, and appeared to be fresh as well (no warming light staleness). Portions were plenty big, food quality was good, 2 different hot sauces available for the spicy food enjoyers. Nothing appeared to be overseasoned, and overall the experience was great! We usually use either Scramblers or City egg for breakfast out, and haven’t been disappointed yet.

Food is always good and customer service has always been great! Don’t order this threw uber eats! I just ordered from here threw them, UBER completely screwed up and brought me freezing food 2 1/2 hours after it was picked up. UBER then refused to refund me and told me to rate scramblers as a zero for UBER screwing up my food.

1st time visited with my family members. My little sister she first time had bacon there she loved it. I loved the food and the service was very good, Maureen served us she is so good and so patience. For sure I will visit again for this place. Highly Recommended place for brunch.

It was a “joy” to eat here for brunch today. We came in the 11am hour and it wasn’t busy. Our waitress was Joy and she was so nice, personable, and attentive. My iced coffee was incredible. I also loved the Wisconsin scramble. Thankful that they have gluten free toast on the menu! Husband enjoyed his bottomless French toast. Service was quick and the music made a great atmosphere. Can’t wait to go back.

I come to this Scramblers a few times year, & we RARELY come across any issues. We usually get seated pretty quickly, depending on what day/time that we go. ALL of the servers that we have had have been great! IF we ever an issue, it is quickly resolved. For example, one time, the server entered my food incorrectly. But, when the food came out wrong, the server apologized & fixed it! Everything that I have ever tried here has been delicious! I recommend this restaurant.
