Also, the employee lied. Told my husband that the sandwich meal had to be prepared on a bagel., picture attached. He wanted a croissant instead, personal preference, so we spent more money just to have a croissant. And wonder if the egg is really an egg.
Again, do not recommend. If you even want just a coffee, expect to wait approximately 30 minutes on a slow day.
Not sure if the reviews from others patrons are confused about location or are friends of employees, but the 5 star reviews are not accurate. Read most of them and do not read as accurate information if they visited the Crawfordville Florida location.
Third revision because my husband is pretty heated about the service and the food. He is a laid back man and easy going. He tries hard for me to have good experiences.
Not once, not twice, not even 3 times, but every time I’ve drove through that drive through, I’ve had subpar rude customer service. Guess the owners are from New Jersey and that’s normal there, but this isn’t Jersey.
I did not try them until I got home, They tasted like two or three days old donut Not fresh doughnuts I tried one, my partner tried 1.We threw it away. It Was a wasted fifteen dollars , I expected a fresh donut like I get from Dunkin’ Donuts around Jacksonville, Florida. This donut shop is terrible.. You can get better donuts at a junior store. Then you can from here. They must cook them somewhere else and deliver them here a day or two later.
I saw on the screen she charged me $6 for 3 munchkins, total was $25. She says yeah that’s what it is. I said I’m sorry I don’t think that’s right. She leaves, comes back and confirms she charged me for 3 orders of 3, she needs to get someone to fix it for her. She comes back and says okay it’s $27. I said no that’s more than it was before. She presses some buttons, then says 29…. no 30… I’m saying no that just keeps going up! She leaves and another girl comes. This girl repeats my order to me correctly, I confirm and she holds out her hand for my card. I said okay how much is it now? She says “the system is glitching, but like they told you before…” as she takes out her phone I think for a calculator? I said excuse me? They told me several different numbers, why would you get rude with me as if I’m causing the problem? Then she finishes her calculations and says it’s $25. I said no that isn’t right, that’s what it was when there was 9 munchkins. I only want 3. Then a different girl comes around and starts shouting at me (meanwhile my baby has been crying in my backseat this whole time) that I’m “just there to argue with them.” I honestly couldn’t believe it. I said if you would just listen to what I’m saying you would understand I’m not arguing I’m just trying to pay the right amount! They are both talking to each other, not looking at me or listening, then all of a sudden she says “it’s $21.” I said well yeah now that sounds right but after you acted so rude I don’t even trust you not to spit in my food so forget it. No one apologized, no one cared that I had been overcharged amd treated poorly when I was nothing but polite and calm. Please if you own this establishment…. Review the footage from 11/6 about 1pm. As a business owner I would be horrified to see that kind of behavior from my employees. The one that started the altercation was Anna (at first refused to tell me her name) and claimed she was the manager. The other girl had long dark hair and big eyelashes.
