I tried to order online and the website sent my order to a store 48 miles away. I tried numerous times to call the store and cancel the order, but no one ever picks up. I left a message, as requested and never received a call back. I’d never eaten here before and, after this atrocious experience, I never will.

We were visiting in the area and this was our first time eating here. We loved it! The roast beef was really good and we will definitely come back next time we are in town.

Edit: since my review, I have decided to no longer eat here. The staff is disrespectful, acting annoyed when I asked for medium rare, which is literally how it’s supposed to be served. I’m tired of getting well done and damn near burnt meat when I’m asking for something that is just supposed to be the normal way it’s done. It would be different if it was once every now and again but it’s become the rare occasion that the food is actually good, rather than the opposite being said. Disappointing, since there is no better roast beef than Lions Choice, but I guess I will take my business elsewhere.

Out of date – Had a few bad experiences asking for medium rare but I reached out to the support and was contacted by the GM from the location. Not only was she extremely fast with her response, she gave me an answer I was pleased with and the next two times I went, I was very happy to see that it was cooked to perfection and seasoned amazingly. I don’t know their names but the group of ladies that were in there this morning have yet to fail me when I see them! Hats off to you guys for making it right on my end and also making sure it was corrected on your end!

Worst lions choice in all of STL. Order is never right, not even worth going here. It’s more expensive than eating an actual restaurant and food and service is always junk.

The place was packed!!! But the staff was awesome and the place was clean. Always good food but the service is what makes this place great!

I usually love coming here for lunch, I always order a number 1, which is just the original. A couple times now they’ve given me a random French dip sandwich, but without the sauce I ask for. Usually I’d just stop back and ask for it, but I only have a few minutes in my lunch break, so it’s pretty disappointing.

Good sandwiches and salads. Mini cones are a great appetizer.

I usually love my local Lions Choice, but had the most disappointing and gross sandwich i’ve had from there. I got a regular roast beef sandwich and the meat tasted off. I go there often, so I know that’s not what the sandwich normally tastes like. The meat definitely seemed old, it was super dry and smelled old. It was not edible I ended up just throwing it away.

Given a sandwich of raw meat, so bloody it got on the bun.
This is supposed to be the #4, the French dip with “thinly shaved roast beef”
This was raw burger, so raw we could ball the meat up.
