I purchased the $10 NY Deal plus other items.
Disappointed is what I felt when I got home and was so proud to share the food with my military son that just begin living with us.
The beautiful advertised pizza full of cheese and pepperoni, ended up being a really thin crust pizza, with what looks like watered down smeared cheese if any with some type of herbs.
I am glad I bought the second pizza because the horrible fake advertisement of pizza was a huge disappointment.

I placed an order here for a pepperoni pizza with half olives and half pineapple, i don’t think this is what half means, but I still ate it anyways. Pizza was good. When I picked up the pizza, I was a little terrified, because the person that gave it to me at the counter had nothing but dandruff sitting on their shoulders that has fallen from the head and then on top of that 1 employee in the back that was putting the pizzas together gave me some bad looks like i did something. Sorry pizza hut im no longer buying from here.

First of all, I have to say that I moved here from New York, and as everyone knows, New Yorkers are extremely picky when it comes to pizza. With that in mind, I can honestly say this is the ONLY place I will ever order pizza from in the entire state of Oregon and yes, I mean this very specific Pizza Hut location.
Every single time we order, the pizza is beyond delicious, always fresh, perfectly made, and consistently amazing. The breadsticks are always excellent and never disappoint. When my aunt and uncle came to visit from New York, both lifelong New Yorkers who are older, retired folks, we ordered pizza from here and they thought it was very good too and this truly says a lot. If I could give this place a 10 star Google review, I absolutely would without hesitation.
Then there is the staff WOW. Every person here is incredibly kind, personable, and welcoming. They truly go above and beyond to make you feel appreciated and happy to be there. It is rare to find a place where the food is outstanding and the customer service is just as incredible, but this location delivers every single time.
As long as I live in Oregon, this will be the only place I order pizza from. Hands down the best pizza experience every single time. Highly, highly recommend.

For my husbands birthday we ordered Pizza Hut. I ordered earlier than I normally do, due to the occasion. I received a message that Door-dash would be delivering. It happens from time to time (I assumed due to lack of staff, someone calling out, etc.). We always tip in cash unless we don’t have any. Tonight was no different. I get a text from the dasher to please leave a 5-star review, and then another saying they were waiting on my order. The next message was a photo of a house in my neighborhood, which was not mine I mentioned that that wasn’t mine, and they were on the other side of the complex. I always leave step-by-step directions, and my door is bright yellow, so it makes it easier. I assumed that maybe the directions don’t transfer over with the order when it’s outsourced to DoorDash. I opened the maps on my phone and took a screenshot so that the little blue dot would show where I was. I then got a message saying that the order was poorly paid and where should they leave it? My response was preferably my porch. I then sent another photo of a map with my place. Circled told the gentleman that I was searching for a different map and I apologize for the 60 second delay in response., People supposed to say we did not get our order and I had to go spend the money again somewhere else. I called the store and spoke to Carrie, Who informed me that they only have their own delivery drivers from 5 to 9 Profusely and credited my account. I was informed that the driver would be blocked.
I was super impressed with Carrie’s professionalism and care for the customer experience. I will continue to give this Pizza Hut my business from 5-9, thanks to Carrie.

I ordered a pan supreme pizza in the store for carry out.I got a hand tossed pizza with very little toppings. It was one of the worst pizzas I ever had. I haven’t been to pizza hut for over 5 years and I will never go back again. Domino’s is so much better

Customer service was great. Definitely has potential but pizza tasted like cleaner. Love the aptitude for a clean kitchen and environment but residue of whatever was used to clean oven reflected in the pizza. They were doing a deep clean but staff obviously wasn’t trained enough to clean off oven cleaner residue which transferred to the food and did not taste so great.
I’m sure as staff is trained and up to parr this location could be great but will probably not patronize this location for awhile.

I had an issue with my pizza order on Valentine’s Day, and I came in to address it in person. The employee named Carrie went the extra mile to help solve the issue and make certain I was satisfied with the Pizza Hut experience. With indifference and apathy being so prevalent in modern restaurants, it was refreshing to see someone care and work diligently to make certain everything was as it should be. Thanks, Carrie!
