My Mediterranean Skinny sandwich was delicious It had cucumber, artichoke hearts, feta, grilled chicken, diced red peppers and hot pepper humus. I also had the broccoli and cheddar cheese soup. So, so good. The customer service was fast, friendly and smiling. The dining area had plenty of seating. They sell jars of hot peppers. My overall experience was simply awesome. If you go here, I’m pretty sure you won’t be disappointed.

Very nice clean location. Friendly staff. Food was great. Tried their Wreck salad on the underground menu available only through the app and it was great. It was also gluten free so I could share it with my wife and it was plenty for the two of us. Location is a bit hidden back in just west of Vicksburg Ln. Parking can get tight around lunch. For overflow use the Lowes parking lot.

Trash. This is the worst of the potbelly’s. Got the someone else’s sandwich in an online order after I opened it up and destroyed the package. I drove back to get a new one made only to be given a “new” sandwich. I asked if it was a new sandwich or the one the other guy brought back. They said freshly made. Lies. This sandwich was clearly unwrapped and returned only to have them re wrap it back up and put it in a new bag. Disgusting. I understand it’s a busy lunch hour but I didn’t pay for a sandwich that was touch and fingered by some random person only to have it re wrapped and fed to me thanks for wasting my time and money. Clearly doesn’t look freshly made.

Had potbelly today for lunch during work and I cannot say more positive things about this restaurant from the workers being friendly to the food being hot and fresh as always. The manager Brandon R. Was a pleasure to talk to from being so respectful to being knowledgeable about the products being used. Would recommend this any day!!!
