This place should be investigated by the Condiment Crimes Unit. The employee at the counter acts like the sweet tea and ketchup come directly out of his bloodstream.
Asked for a sweet tea refill — got hit with a “no” so fast I thought I triggered a security system. My cup was empty. EMPTY. Dry as the Sahara. Meanwhile he stared at it like refilling it would cause economic collapse.
Then I asked for ketchup. ONE packet. ONE. He slid it across the counter like he was donating a kidney. I had more napkins than sauce and still not enough dignity to eat that dry chicken in public.
The food itself? Fine. The experience? Like dining in a dystopian future where sauces are currency and joy is outlawed. Customer service had the warmth of a freezer aisle and the personality of a parking ticket.
I love Popeyes but this location is clearly running some kind of underground “No Refill, No Sauce” survival program. Bring your own ketchup. Bring your own drink. Maybe bring emotional support.
Never in my life have I been made to feel like a criminal for wanting liquid and tomato paste.
No justice. No peace. Sauce troll needs to be gone…

Do not go to Popeye’s on fort Sill in Oklahoma they do not care about their customers all they care about is making sure their employees have something to eat customers can go bye-bye they say. Popeyes has become one of the worst chicken chains in America they have no care for customer service or quality of food I will never ever visit a Popeyes again and I will try to deter anyone else from eating there

Second time I have gone to the Fort Sill Popeyes and TWICE my order was messed up, (my fault for not holding up the line to check my food before I left) I was given the wrong order. I tried calling twice and both times it rang four times before being hung up with out a word being spoken. From now on I am going to go ahead and drive all the way to KFC!

This was a really bad experience of Popeyes On base. Chicken taste like it’s been sitting there All day. My husband took one bite and can’t even stomach it. We spent almost $40 on food we can’t eat. How do people expect to keep jobs when it’s not consistent with what is served …we also didn’t get fries but Mac instead and no sauces. It’s a sad day….

After eating at Burger King I decided to have some Popeyes next door & I tell you their chicken does not disappoint especially this bacon and cheese chicken sandwich & it was great, it may not be the best chicken sandwich out there but still taste way better than original chicken sandwich with bacon and cheese on top.

I love coming here on my pass days! It definitely brightens up my weekends knowing I can get some nice, fresh chicken. The food is always tasty and presentable. Friendly staff for the most part and the food gets to you quick. Rating 4 stars because today their fryers weren’t on/working until 30 minutes after they opened so I had to wait 40 minutes for food. Also didn’t have any sweet tea today… It was worth it though. It may just be due to stress but the worker lady was a bit snappy. I could understand why though.
