Tried giving this place one more try after previous disappointments. This time paid about $8 for a couple of greasy shells with about a teaspoon of what was supposed to be cantina chicken inside. JIB dollar tacos are better than this, and they’re awful. Never again. From now on, Rosa’s.

People are friendly but the making of food needs more training. Having to cut my quesadilla at home is kind of annoying. Especially when it’s every time I order from this location. Even the Mexican pizzas I gotta cut. This location has been declining for awhile and it’s now showing.

We order thru the drive thru. We ordered a crunch wrap supreme and a bean burrito. When we got home there was no burrito and the crunch wrap was cold. We live less than 4 minutes away. We called them to let them know there was no burrito and they hung up on us. Didn’t say anything at all. We’ve never had service this bad at Taco Bell. We will not go back.

I’ve been meaning to write this review, but it was delayed… Terrible service considering that there were five plus employees working at the location. The drive-thru operator was taking orders not only through drive-thru but also dine in – they shouldn’t be doing that. He cited being the only one capable of speaking English despite me hearing another employee, speaking English later. After making an order which was incorrectly made… To make matters worse, the facility was dirty, including a high probability of failing a health inspection after how nasty the drinking fountain was. The employee taking order in drive thru was incredibly friendly; it was very easy to hear her thru the speaker. Paying for my food was was a good exchange. At the pick up window, it was obvious who took my order-she was clearly happy to be at work and engaged me. We had brief conversation that left me smiling.
The food was standard Taco Bell fare–everything was made as it should have been. No complaints.

Let me start by listing the things that were positive with my experience at this restaurant I had the pleasure of going today: I have my food and drink.
That’s the end of the good experience at this restaurant on today in particular and only seems to happen when a particular employee is in charge of the front drive through register, handing food out the door, and drinks (About an average amount of responsibilities for the position). The employee was slow, unresponsive and forgetful. I go every Wednesday, between 4:45pm and 5:00pm, to this restaurant and if there is a big line it’s a 50/50 chance this grandpa is taking orders. I honestly keep hoping that when ever I hear this guy’s voice over the intercom that he has improved at his job but it’s been the same thing as early a December when I moved in RR. Just move the guy off the cash register and fountain machine and that’s all his problems solved.
Overall this is just a regular Taco Bell with a consistently bad employee that makes orders take longer than needed, leaves a bad impression on the customer, and could do fine in any other position.

What’s been happening with Taco Bell lately? I don’t think it’s just this location. They are being especially skimp with things lately, like cheese, nacho fries, and/or chips. I ordered a LARGE fry today and the amount of cheese that was in the container along with it was borderline an April fools joke. Like even if it was halfway full that would probably be sufficient for the large fry. But this thing is probably 20-25% full, it’s pitiful (image provided prior to any usage)
AND my large fry was skimp too. It’s literally like they took a regular size nacho fry and just dumped that same quantity into a “Large fry” container. Again, image provided before any fries were eaten (I even took the ones that fell out of the bag and added them back in)
With how expensive Taco Bell has gotten in recent years, this type of thing sucks and makes me not want to keep coming back.

Absolutely cannot stand this location. About 5 different times the same DISRESPECTFUL woman takes my order, and never even checks to make sure the food is correct.
She not only slams the window in my face, before i can even say “have a great day” but she CONTINUES to get away with terrible customer service.
She hates her life and everybody in it, it seems. She should not work in the customer service field.
Officially last time I’m ever going to this location. Cause no matter how many times I ask for it to be STEAMED AND ON THE GRILL so the cheese is ACTUALLY melted, they still don’t listen.

I love Tacobell but this one disappoint me, the service it wasn’t good enough.
I ordered food to eat in and they gave it to me to go, they mixed up the food and I had to open all the tacos looking for the ones I had specifically ordered.
