Best food truck around! If there isn’t something on the menu you want the owner will make you anything you ask for. She is an amazing chef!
Some trucks you just don’t feel good after eating; bad ingredients, too much lard, etc. I always feel full and good after anything I order. Just shows the food she makes is more like a home cooked meal from scratch rather than something out of a can.

The woman who served us was lovely and the tacos were so delicious. I recommend the chorizo tacos! My 5 year old thought her quesadilla was amazing too. 10/10 and we’ll definitely be coming back

Cute little truck a little out of the way. Elizabeth was wonderful and was open to customizing our food. An awesome upside for us was that her English was great and that is always a huge hit and miss when we try out Ethnic Food Carts. I wish I could speak all these different languages so I can talk about the food I want from all these different cultures! All in all, I loved my Chorizo Quesadilla and my boyfriend really enjoyed his Burrito! Glad to find this little gem just a couple of blocks from home. We’ll be back!

She made an appointment with me to talk about my business last week. I showed up here and she told me she spoke to someone else and decided she’s going to do business with them instead. Did not even want to hear me out. I drove an hour to see this woman. I highly recommend you get your Mexican food someplace else. This place is next to an auto detailing shop and Les Schwab. It’s way out of the way. I’m sure there’s much better food closer in and more accessible.

“Dimond in the rough” I wanted a different taco truck besides the ones behind little Cesar’s, and the garage was closed( never been btw), but im glad they were because I wouldn’t have found this place. The service was good, the food OMG…. nom nom. That’s all I can say my stomach took over. It’s definitely tucked away next to TV highway inbetween 185th and, 198th but it’s totally worth getting there.

Coming all the way from Arizona I was worried about the authenticity of most Mexican food places but this place is 10/10; I fell inlove with their menu!!! Delicious, authentic, and a good value!!! If you’re stopping by Beaverton you have to try their delicious foods!
