Gentlemen at the register struggled to understand the order (I ordered no bun for a burger since my son is gluten free). A female staff member came in and completed the order. Then discovered they doubled 1/2 the order when they brought the food to the table. I thought the total was a little high but I didn’t check the receipt. That’s my fault. They couldn’t figure out giving me a partial refund so they refunded the entire meal and charged me correctly the 2nd time. The food was good and the service was quick and friendly. However, they do have some gaps in training.

We just had a great chicken strip lunch for $7. 00 at the Glenville, GA DQ. It was the best fast food experience we have had in years! The service was great, the food was perfect, and place was immaculate! We even got coupons to pick up a sundae for later!

I don’t eat a great deal of fast food. It when I want a quick and tasty meal, this DQ is a go-to choice. It’s clean, well-staffed, and well-managed. My order is always delivered to me at my seat within a couple of minutes and the meal is delicious. The food is hot and tastes as if the people who prepared it want diners to enjoy the experience. This place really does serve fan food as opposed to fast food. This spot is always packed because diners appreciate the effort that goes into preparing and serving a good meal at a reasonable price.

The food is good and most employees seem to be ok except for one. She doesn’t have any personality whatsoever or does her face souch as crack a smile with ANY customer. She seems to really dislike her job and or life. But I don’t go there to make friends with the employees.

Owner is really great. Employees always get the order wrong. I come here often because my daughter is obsessed with fries. If my order is wrong, they treat me like I’m scamming them. Like I spent 30 dollars to scam them out of 2.50 fries

The food was ok. I ordered a strawberry sundae and it had syrup but no strawberries. I was told by the young lady working that I’ll get whatever was in the scoop. Ok, and I’ll go elsewhere from now on also!
