Friendly. As expected with Miami, no English but they let you see the tablet to ensure accuracy of your order. I selected the breakfast sandwich. It would have been better with cheese as it was kind of dry and light on the ham. Good size portion though. Wasn’t bad, but won’t be back, at least for the same menu item

This place just can’t get orders right every time. They’re pretty unconsistent. Asking I often ask for a croissant fried egg sandwhich, with soft yolk, but they can’t get the yolk soft consistently. Sometimes it’s cooked all the way through, blasphemy. Even worse, sometimes they put my sandwhich in a bag instead of a container, so if they did get the yolk soft, it’s popped in the bag by the time it gets to me ♀️ and other times I am ordering together with another person, and they end up duplicating one of the items so we end up getting the wrong order made for one of us. Please get your cooks to consistently make things right

When it comes to great service and delicious Cuban food, CAO is definitely worth a visit. The bagel sandwich is my personal favorite — you have to try it! On top of that, the service provided by Barbara and Jenny is exceptional. They’re always warm, welcoming, and happy to help.

The pastries here are absolutely delicious! Perfectly flaky, fresh, and full of flavor. You can really taste the authenticity in every bite. The guava and cheese pastry is my favorite—it’s sweet, buttery, and melts in your mouth. Great service from Barbara and rest of the stuff very welcoming atmosphere. Definitely a must-visit if you love Cuban pastries!
