We ordered from uber eats there was a bird feather baked into the pizza!!!! Plus they forgot all of my sauces, crushed red peppers and jalapeno. I called up there to tell them about the bird feather and the manager didn’t care. We escalated it with Uber eats they did refund the full amount after an hour on the phone with them. We also did call CORPORATE and we are calling the health department. Here are multiple pictures. Plus we have a video. I state for the third time a bird feather!!!!!

I placed my order for delivery at 6 41pm, recieved it at 8 37pm. I can understand if they’re backed up on a Saturday night if I received a hot pizza, but it is cold. Cold pizza when we live 2 minutes away from the location is ridiculous.

I love this place!! The only delivery i dont have to direct for delivery!!! However this last time I decided to pull up…With a food inspector friend… lawd the things we saw that night made me change my mind of ever ordereding. 1st No one had on Gloves!! While making pizza, touching money, fixing their car with a screw driver and smoking in the car. Then there was a guy outside smoking when we pulled up… thought he was waiting for an order… until he came in hit the code.. washed his hands and started making pizza. Not even going into my cash purchase that went into the ladies pocket…she then went out to the car being worked on and sat inside for a smoke break. I then watched the other workers make several pizzas with no gloves… the lady came back and then she made my order…with my friend whispering every Food service Violation she saw and was ready to leave but I had already paid and really wanted my pappadia. It’s like they say the dirtiest place has the best food. When I got home that was the best pappadia and wings I’ve had…but i cant unsee, un think, and Un know what I saw. So it will be a long while before I go back.

I ordered 3 pizza’s for a family gathering. Got a text back saying they they would keep me informed as to the progress of the order.
45 Minutes with no communication I called and was told that my pizza’s have been setting waiting to be picked up for 25-25 minutes. I asked why I was not notified and was basically told I was told a time when I ordered, but wasn’t.
I went to the restaurant and showed the manager my phone with the message saying they would keep me informed and he said he has never seem that and didn’t know anything about it. No offer to make things right, he just handed me the pizzas and turned around.
DO NOT ODERED PIZZA’S FOR THIS VERY POOR ESTABLISHMENT.

Tried to order online. But in order to do so I had to either make an account or offer my email. Neither of which I wanted to do. No worries, I’d order for delivery. Nope. They don’t deliver to my area even though I’m literally just a mile away So we go to pick up. Pizza was just O.K., definitely could have been entirely more flavorful. The pizza with bacon, pepperoni & bell pepper was skimpy on several parts of the pizza as well as cheese missing in spots. The veggie pizza…well it’s a veggie pizza ♀️ The cinnamon pull apart bread was pretty good. The young lady who took our order over the phone was extremely polite & professional.

Food; ordered banana pepper with half Canadian bacon …the banana peppers looked to be all with stems or thick chunks and clearly on the label and order it asked to be square cut and it’s not !
Service ; well the food speaks for the service
Atmosphere; employee outside meeting with what appeared to be friends …walked back in side and didn’t wash his hands . A huge no no in food industry !

Every time I have a problem it never gets corrected. I even received a burnt pizza one time and had to eat it like that because they refused to make and resend another one. After waiting 2 hours for my food. The workers are ghetto and the pizza isn’t as good. If you don’t mind paying for whatever service and food they decide to give you than go ahead and order. Just know even if make a complaint it won’t be taken care of. Other you will get a papadia just for submitting a complaint which doesn’t cover as much as I be paying.
