I use to love going to this place right before work in the mornings. Roberto was friendly, professional and always attentive. These new employees in the morning are rude! I like to order ahead of time so I can just pick up and go. Last few weeks they have my order ready and leave my drink by the cash register and their backs towards me making someone’s else’s drink and having me wait, they will side eye and see me waiting to have my drink handed to me and laugh…

I love going to this specific location, especially at night. I wouldn’t recommend going to this location in the mornings for your caffeine needs. There’s always a high school gossip girl vibe. I find it interesting when the younger baristas are busting their butts and everyone else including the managers are gathered around having a good ole time. This specific morning a couple weeks ago I realized I didn’t ask for my usual milk I get and I went back to reorder and was going to pay for it. The manager, I think her name was Julie or Zuly, she had the most condescending attitude and I won’t be coming back in the mornings now. I had to get on here and commend the night crew baristas and managers because they’re always so sweet. They’re always all working as a team instead of making the younger or maybe newer people work hard by themselves. All the drinks I get are on point, definitely recommend coming during the evening/night.

There’s always a situationship; here’s the deal. They don’t have to like me, and I only stop at this location when I really, really have to. But the employees here are beyond rude and condescending. This has been an ongoing issue with them for at least a couple of years.

I’d never been here before. It was my first time. I had a terrible experience here. I waited 30 minutes for my mobile order. The worst part was the baristas’ attitude. When I asked about my order, they got upset and responded with a very rude attitude. I’ll never visit this place again!

I’ve been going to this Starbucks for about a year now, most days of the week! Sol and Roberto are always welcoming, polite, and positive! I don’t know most of the staff by name but Augustine deserves a shout out for his kindness and efficiency. The whole team is always very pleasant and very fast. And this year for Christmas they bought me a Christmas card signed by the staff which was a wonderful personal touch! 5 stars across the board and well deserved! Thank you all for starting my days off right!

Very quite. The traffic light is a little crazy to get to the place. I did order to stay and was brought a glass cup for my drink. It was nice and didn’t know they had brought this back. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The morning manager seemed uninformed regarding company-offered rewards, which made for a frustrating experience. However, the afternoon staff is much more helpful and knowledgeable. I eventually went to the Northfield location, where the service was excellent and the rewards were handled correctly.
