Having lived in San Antonio for 5 years, I got used to having exceptional street tacos, tacos birria, ceviche, etc. This is the place I go when I am missing that food and want a more authentic cuisine and experience. I most often order for delivery as admittedly my experiences in store haven’t been as good. But the food is worth it – very generous portions and great flavor!

Really really tasty food. Huge butterfly shrimp wrapped around cheese and wrapped in bacon and cooked perfectly. Couldn’t tell you the dish name, just went off pictures. Seems like a language barrier with the staff but the food is always best at these places.

The only reason why this place gets 4 stars is because of the poor service, and the atmosphere. Food is amazing, but takes too long, or they forget your order. Service takes a while, and they forget your drinks, or silverware. Its mainly the same waitresses too, so is not like they have new staff.

Great delicious food but needs work on some other areas. We where here on a Saturday evening and the restaurant was about 60% full but only two server witch seemed to be overwhelmed and therefore it took long to get drinks and food, the restaurant seemed like it needed sweeping and a little tightening, The food is spicy , so beware if you are not too fond of spicy, On the bright side the food is by far the best part of the place, it is the real deal, if you ever eaten seafood in the beach in Mexico you will know. The price is good but as with seafood don’t expect fast food prices. 5 star worthy food in a 3 star place.

I got the tostada with shrimp, calamari and octopus an it was excellent. Price is a little high, but the again you are eating seafood that it is hard to find in Baton Rouge. Planning to go back real soon. The waitress was really freindly and provided great service

I got takeout. The birria tacos were good until I got to a huge piece of fat with what looked like veins in it and ruined my appetite. The beans were a little salty but not too bad, and I really liked the rice. I ordered queso chips and got no chips. They gave me queso but nothing to go with the queso 🙁
