The normal, Top notch crew is back! Made my order. Everything was fresh, accurate, and tasty. If the crew you see are from another country then rest assured you are dealing with a great team.

Updated: Went thru the drive thru around 7 PM. Got to say I was disappointed. Service was quick and the young guy working drive thru was friendly. I reached my destination 10 minutes later and the wife and I sat down to eat. I got a salad. There was only one dressing (I’ve always found 2 dressings since I’ve been going here. Next, no plastic utensil to eat my salad with. Its not really finger food. So, no food for me.
I ordered the wife’s burger with cheese and everything on it but onion. She got a cheeseburger with mustard and ketchup. No lettuce, pickle, or tomato. Really disappointed. The foreign fellow I normallly deal with set the bar high. Tonights crew has potential, but this meal doesn’t in any way make me want to return or spend more money there.
Old Review:
Always a good place to go. Very little wait time from order to getting my food. I really like crispy chicken salad here. It’s a nice large portion, too. The wife likes the burgers with everything on them. And both of us also like the chicken tenders. The staff at this location are friendly, and quick. Usually a couple minute wait for food, but it’s cooked fresh and worth a short wait.
The family who runs this location are always friendly and smiling.
When I pulled up to the window, I saw a teenage employee being harshly berated by two different adults inside. They appeared to be supervisors or managers. One woman was yelling at him, and then a man started pointing at the drive-thru screen, speaking to him in a really condescending way. The teen looked like he was about to cry as he handed me my food. Another teen who was working nearby stood off to the side, quietly shaking his head, clearly aware that what was happening wasn’t right. The teen being scolded was tall and strong-looking, but obviously young and overwhelmed.
It’s one thing to correct a mistake, but this wasn’t correction. It was humiliation. Right there in front of customers.
I honestly don’t care how good the food is. NO ONE deserves to be treated like that at work, especially not a young person likely just starting out. If this is how management handles things where customers can see, it really makes me question what kind of environment they’re creating behind the scenes.
