This ice cream shop is a must if you’re in Pentwater. It’s a fun atmosphere and the workers are really friendly. There are plenty of ice cream flavors to choose from. Plus, the ice cream is super tasty!!

Amazing experience today. We surprised the business with 20 unexpected customers as soon as they opened. We were treated with courtesy and respect, and enjoyed a delicious meal even though the only employees there were the two owners. They had additional responsibilities besides our group, but treated us like royalty. We were impressed and grateful.

Great little place! I had a chocolate malt that was delicious and was smooth like velvet. The staff was all incredibly sweet and polite and gave us samples on a few ice creams I’d never heard of let alone tried. The prices were fair and the selection was very large. They had I believe six large dip wells with numerous types of all local ice creams. The staff told us about the different areas where the ice creams all sourced from and answered all the questions we had as we were trying to decide what we wanted from the plethora of choices.

We stopped to get a quick ice cream. It was excellent and very tasty. They have over 40 flavors to choose from at a very reasonable price. they also serve food and are open until 10 pm. They also have a few tables outside. where you can sit and enjoy your ice cream.

Blue lighting all over the place when you walk in, and it didn’t suit an ice cream shop very well. Apart from that, I like how this ice cream shop is right next to a lake. It was great. Some random lady also called out the names really weirdly to receive orders. Also, the ice cream was delicious. Had variety of options to choose, and it was good. I, got a good combo of salty and sweet, and my brother obviously got Superman. Such a child’s pick for ice cream. Would go here again for a sweet treat in Michigan!

I stopped in tonight a half hour before closing time. All staff was getting ready to close so I just ordered a couple scoops in a cone. I tend to get overwhelmed with as many options as they do. The ice cream was great, I love the atmosphere, staff was polite.. and they’re even open until 10 pm on a SUNDAY. Anything being open past 8pm these days is almost unheard of so I appreciate the hours!!!

I’ve only ever gotten ice cream here. The ice cream has been good, the service has been good. When we visit, it’s a staple that we always end up going to. I have never tried the restaurant so I cannot comment on that.

Scoopers and checkout (high school age) were friendly and kind. Adult/owners? were rude and not customer considerate. “Not Phil’s Wife” was territorial between hot food and ice cream spaces; not allowing my grandchildren to sit on bench straddling the two areas. The gentleman approached a couple in their 70’s, “if your party doesn’t arrive in 10 minutes, you’ll need to leave”. I wouldn’t give this business your hard earned money. Visit the other ice cream business…”Dari Creme”. Pentwater is a great town to visit and doesn’t deserve rude businesses. We are all customers deserving of appreciation and clearly not getting it. My family won’t be back…ever.
