A shockingly awesome venue.

Most bowling centers and entertainment complexs are dirty and the food is below the midline. Not King Pin. This is a rare gem.

The bowling lanes were great. High end and very new. The typical sounds of the machines were not prevelant and that really made it nice.

You pay by the hour (per lane) so that is nice if your a fast bowler.

The bar area was super special. There is a vapor based fire pit in the bar top. The beer is served bottom up (so strange).

The food was above average which is awesome. I had a taco salad which was good, but in some ways flat. I preferred it over the tastless fare of my hometown bowling alley.

This is a great place to take the family – or a young, childlike husband.

We had a pretty good experience at the King Pin Bar and Grill. The lighting was a bit bright, making it feel kind of sterile, but the service was great and the food was delicious. The food presentation and portion could use some work. It appeared that there were NO gluten-free options and NO obvious vegetarian or vegan options. Even the two salads were both covered in meat.

We stopped in for supper on a Tuesday evening and had delicious food— a smash burger with fries and the fish sandwich with sweet potato fries! Yum! Our server was attentive and pleasant. We had a very nice experience and will be back to try more items off the menu.

Pretty extensive bar, including ice cream drinks made with love and three big scoops of ice cream. The food was tasty too! We got the pulled pork sliders and pepperoni dip with pretzel bites and they were both very yummy. Our server was friendly and sweet.

This is a definite must see in Northeast Iowa. They remodeled the old bowling alley and made it a modern Family Fun Center, There is something for everyone. Full service bar and restaurant with great food and drinks. Arcade has all the games you would expect to find in a Family Fun Center great prizes and inexpensive per play. If you are feeling a little Country grab an AX and throw in one of the four lanes with digitally projected targets 6 different games to play and they are adding more over the next few months. If you want to have a private party there are three modern event rooms you can rent one or retract the center walls and rent all three for a big party. Great patio area with fire place to enjoy your food and drinks in the open air. Bathrooms are clean and modern. Last but certainly not least all new bowling lanes with a twist. You can play a regular game of bowling but for a little more fun you can do their Hyper Bowling let’s just say it makes bowling fun for any skill level. The staff is attentive and professional. If you haven’t been here yet you should definitely go. Fun Fun Fun

Friendly, vibrant atmosphere. Food was less greasy than I’d expect at a bowling alley. The sliders were just perfect (I failed to see the coleslaw on the tipping; but they quick made a replacement for me since it was slower.). Bbq sauce was smooth, and the cheese curds great. Considered a drink but wasn’t planning to stay for a while. They did a great job with the face lift. Love the split lanes with the arcade in the center now. The hours are my only disappointment. Had it been later than 8 I probably would have stayed and relaxed and drank a bit while watching sports; c’est la vie!

I had craft beers on tap and from the can. The bartender was easygoing and did a good job. The bar and surroundings were spacious, modern, bright, and clean. My friend paid for the drinks, so I can’t comment about the value. Food wasn’t being served that evening, so I’ll investigate the food another time.
