We had the honor of performing the lion dance for the grand opening of Marufuku Ramen, and it was such a wonderful experience! The restaurant is very clean, beautifully designed, and has a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
A special thank you to the manager and owners for treating our team to an amazing dinner. The food was absolutely delicious, and everyone was so kind. The manager was especially helpful and sweet — truly great customer service from start to finish.

Flavorful and savory. Worth your time and money. The broth was exceptional, the noodles are perfectly cooked. The toppings complements everything in a single bite. Place is clean, service is great, no waiting time and parking is free.

Really delicious ramen spot!! I’ve been to their southwest location before so this was the first time trying summerlin location, very conveniently located and the food was absolutely amazing! I tried a lot of sides this time edamame, chicken tori-momo, chashu bowl and shared the Ramen Chicken Paitan Dx.
We ordered the best sellers and Beyu provided excellent service and the support staff bar tenders, bus boy every one was so attentive and friendly. We loved our experience and food was great.

First time trying this place and it was so yummy. The service was excellent and our server Biayu was really nice and efficient. The wait time for the food was not long at all and the food was delicious. Would definitely recommend this place.

My friend and I have been to the other Marufuku location off Sunset. In comparison to Sunset location was much better in food taste and preparation.
Our server was friendly and attentive.
What we ordered:
1.) Hakata Tonkotsu DX $20.50 My friend said her ramen was better at Sunset location.
2.) Hakata Tonkotsu $17.00 the tonkotsu was a bit over cooked, broth was good thou.
3.) Gyoza $8.50 the dumplings were overcooked on the dry side when they are over done.
I guess we will have to go to the other location which is sad because this spot is so close to my office.

I came in alone and immediately noticed a difference in energy compared to other tables. My server, Kenneth A, seemed much more attentive and engaged with everyone else, while I felt overlooked throughout my visit.
I wasn’t brought water until I was almost finished with my gyozas, which is pretty basic service. Overall very little hospitality from start to finish. The two hosts at the front also did not seem welcoming.
When my food was delivered, the staff member asked, “Is it just you?” I’m not sure what was meant by that, but it felt unnecessary and slightly uncomfortable. Dining alone shouldn’t feel awkward or singled out.
The gyozas themselves were disappointing — mostly plain cabbage with very little seasoning or depth of flavor. Nothing memorable.
I left feeling underwhelmed and disappointed. I wouldn’t return.
If you’re looking for better service and more flavorful food, I recommend Ramen Sora every time.

1) My name was taken off the waiting list even tho it said wait time was between 5-12 mins. Good thing we got there and it wasn’t busy.
2) Our waiter took way too long to acknowledge us for drinks and food.
3) Order took 20mins to arrive at our table, 2 ramens, ONLY. 2 ramen order they took 20mins. The other table that was seated after us were already eating their food.
4) The server spilled our soup when handing our food. She didn’t even bother cleaning it up. I’m sorry but do I work here!?!?
5) No water refills for the entire time we had our food. Even then, she only refilled once when we called her.
6) She came real fast for that check tho!!! Fast to take your money with such a terrible service!!!!

Do yourself a favor and head on over to JINYA Ramen, amazing service from beginning to end, portions are great and ramen is exceptional in taste!

Marufuku Ramen at Downtown Summerlin is the perfect addition to the westside! During this visit, we tried the tonkatsu ramen, BBQ, buns, and mochi dessert. Everything was great, service was wonderful, and I love the options between outdoor and indoor seating. Come hungry, because you’ll want to try everything!
