On Friday October 24, 2025 I decided I wanted Fast Food. Haven’t had Fast Food in a while. I had coupons from the mail so I decided to go to this Brownsville Tn location which isn’t a mile from where I live. The coupon was for 2 (two) Bacon Cheeseburgers, medium size fries and and medium drink for $7.99. Also they had Halloween Buckets for $2.00 with any purchase. So, that’s what I ordered. But, low and behold when I got home and took 1 (one) burger out along with the medium size fries . Fries were actually fresh and hot. WOW! So I bite in to the what was supposed to have been a Bacon Cheeseburger and not the 1st (first) piece of bacon, nor was there any cheese, no tomato. More or less a child’s hamburger . NOT GOOD AT ALL!! Those employees don’t have a worry in the world, just there to get a week’s paycheck. No One got the memo! Not the drive through order taker, and yes it showed up on the drive thru screen as in to what I had ordered . Not the cook nor the young lady who bagged the order. This is the main reason I do mom and pops restaurants. And, even that is seldom. Prices are just ridiculous I just failed to look in the bag and check the sandwiches out for myself. But, that part is on me. Never again will I do a FAST FOOD CHAIN BUSINESS!!! I just thought I’d give it a try since it’s been a while. But, as always no matter where I choose to go for Fast Food, the order is never right, cold, and the condiments such as the lettuce always wilted the pickles are tuff and just plum nasty and gross so, I MOST DEFINITELY WANT EVER DO FAST FOOD AGAIN!! Employees in today’s world just don’t care about what they serve anymore… hope this doesn’t happen to any of those employees that seem to just want a couple of $$ to get by on. SHUT IT DOWN

Easily waited five minutes for my existence to be acknowledged. When I commented to the order filler she mentioned that that worker was in the back. When she came back up front I was able to discern that this was the same lady that I saw when I first walked in. As shown in the photos the place was a disaster. At one point with customers piling up. One employee ran to her car to get a cellphone charger from her car… Not sure how she needs that to fulfill her job… I then noticed that my order is was deleted from the screen to improve their performance record…

*Edit: it’s been almost a year since my last review and my opinion still stands! Food was hot and fresh. Staff was friendly and efficient! By far the BEST place in town to stop for fast food!!! Awesome job, Burger King Crew!!!

I went to drive thru on my lunch break and my food was ready as soon as I got to the window! I was a bit afraid my wouldn’t be fresh, as fast as I got my food but I was very pleased to how my food was fresh and the Lady in the window over the speaker was very nice! 10/10 recommendation!

The girl at the drive through was very friendly and polite. This is a hard quality to find in a fast food employee. I’m not a big fan of Burger King but this girl made this Burger King stand out. I hope her bosses know the diamond they have in her.
