I placed an order on February 14 and was told it was delivered through DoorDash, but I never received my food. When I called the store, the first employee who answered hung up on me. I called back and spoke with a male manager who said he would issue a refund. As of today, I still have not received that refund.
Very disappointed with how this situation was handled. If an order is marked delivered but never arrives, customers should not have to chase down their money or be hung up on. I hope management addresses both the refund and the customer service issue.

Spent almost $60 on a pizza delivery. I live 10 minutes away. Waited 45 minutes to arrive. When the order arrived, the pizza was raw. Severely uncooked. Was very embarrassing in front of my guests. Took turns at the air fryer and, surprisingly, that did not help the raw pizza. Definitely will not be ordering again. Also, manager, if you are reading this – I have requested a refund from corporate. Should be in your email.

I ordered a medium pan pizza with light sauce, extra cheese, pepperoni, 1/2 pineapple extra crispy and it was perfect. Made just the way I wanted it. And the manager Donna was awesome. She is the one who took my order. She even brought the pizza out to my car with a smile and I didn’t do curb side. More employees need to be like her.

I ordered a big dinner box with 3 pizzas and they covered the pizzas awkwardly to where the 4 corners of EACH pizza wasn’t covered with toppings and was mostly bread. I called and complained, they sent a replacement made the exact same way. SMH! Do they not check before they send out orders, especially replacement ones? I will never order from this location ever again.

Cheese sticks are cold and look burnt not to mention the box is squished.Placed my order over an hour ago. Said my delivery was out 20 mins ago when I stay right down the street literally 8 mins away. Shouldnt take over an hour to get some cheese sticks and a couple drinks especially when I’m paying 23 bucks for it. Also 4.99 is a Ridiculous delivery fee that doesnt even go to the driver, never ordering here again.
